The lady was very rude we was trying to let her understand that I've been using and been using U-Haul's for about a year now I did another location and I always use my cash app card and they always give me a refund and they always put $100 on my card and then if I you only use 83 or whatever $21 or whatever on my card But she had a nasty disposition that cash app cards was below her and the only reason why I went on ahead and did it my daughter had to use her debit card I was trying to explain to her I even showed her that I had over 600 and some dollars on my cash appI even showed her six transactions that I had with U-Haul using my cash app card and she still wouldn't take it but no I will not ever go back to that againLATOYRIE C.

I returned the vehicle using the mobile app because the clerk said he didn't do any UHaul transactions after 6 pm. I took a picture of the fuel on full and the mileage as required. I later received an additional charge of$30.32 saying it was not fully fueled. You have the picture as proof. He would not accept my call to discuss. This is fraud and he obviously thinks he can swindle me out of the additional money. I will let everyone know not to use this location. Greer DuckerGREER D.

I was assisted by the manager, who was very nice in helping me with the rental of a pick-up U-haul truck. I was totally disappointed in the smell and odor inside that truck. The flooring was dirty, the windows were extremely dirty and I barely was able to take the vehicle on the road. But because of timing of what I had to do and get it done in a timely manner I went-ahead and rented that truck. Next time I will not be renting from this location if they do not clean and too I will check it out before I give my money to them. The cost was extremely high for the nature of renting this truck. I am waiting on a representative to call me about my finding of this vehicle.GRETA C.

customer service was terrible due to other business. I practically had to check myself out, then had to check myself back in or pay a $20 convenience fee for them to check me in. The app to return the truck was a pain, had to take several pictures at different times and kept cutting out, requiring me to start over.william S.

I called three times just for everyone else to be just as confused as I am . Just to get a hold of a manager and she rude and won't helpful like someone was getting on her nerves when I simply confused because the documentation is saying one thing and she â€œtheoreticallyâ€ speaking this is what could've happened ! I had to return the van after the 3:00 stop time for the people in the gas station. Trying to return it on the website was terrible. I could not take a picture of the odometer and fuel gage (every security feature on your phone has to be disabled!!!!!) and after trying to unsuccessfully return it, I went inside and the guy inside was not going to help me until I wouldn't leave so he got a young man in the store to quickly do what needed to be done to return the van (these were the same people that were there when I picked up the van). The place was very dirty and I will not go back there for any reason. I will see if Penske has vans is I need to rent something in the future.Francine S.
They are liars. They made me rent a 15 foot box truck. Even though I had a reservation from before and was supposed to pick up and leave. So they claimed they canceled my prior reservation on the 10 foot truck and charged me $100 on this 15feet truck which I didn't wantHASSAN H.

Uhaul system was down all day and I was unable to check in the truck. The on-site person did not explain or offer to help, just told me to put the keys in the drop box. I spent the next morning on hold for over an hour trying to ensure it was accounted for and properly checked in.Timmy M.
I returned truck after hours. UHaul's self check-in app was not working: told system was down by service rep. I spent over 45 minutes on cellphone on hold trying to connect to uhaul service rep. Service rep was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She quickly was able to get my equipment checked in and me on my way home.WILLIAMLOUIS D.

Make it clearer than a rental is for just a day and not two.SARAH K.
Convience store opens at 7am. Uhaul part opens at 730am. We show up at 725am to drop off truck, nobody there. So we wait 10 minutes and drop keys in lock box. 15 minutes later get rental contract stating we are charged $20 afterhours drop off fee. If I knew this I would have dropped off the night before. Not a place to trust. My first clue is that foreigners were running the store. I thought I would give a chance because close to home. But my gut feeling was right and I should not rented here. I even even made the mistake of putting too much gas in the truck. So they got atleast $25 free gas also. I learned my my lesson. I have rented from many Uhaul locations and by far the worse one.CLAYTON C.

Avoid this place at all costs. The location made several calls to a towing company to have my car towed off the lot and didn't call me even once to come move my car. $300 to get my car. The towing company told me they were not going to tow my car, but the owner called them so many times. Why not call me once to ask me to move my car?! I will look for any and all alternatives before I EVER. Rent from U-Haul again. After several successful U-Haul rentals, this left me So disappointed.Max N.
Thought when I checked in ahead of time I was mostly done with process. Didn't know I was going to have to complete multiple steps of verification. Gave my wife as a contact. She was immediately called but did not answer because she thought it was a telemarketer. Therefore I was initially delayed until I called her, told her to answer the phone, and then connected with virtual agent. Also, WHY should I jump through these hoops for â€œcontactlessâ€ pick up when I had to go inside and meet attendant who asked what my name was, for truck number, and who then proceeded to give me keys???? Very upset that I was charged for cleaning of this vehicle when there was nothing to clean, it was actually cleaner when I brought it back considering I santized the truck when I was in there parking lot. Also not very pleased that I was charged $10.50 for gas when I have pictures proving that the gas line was right at the half tank mark. Will never use U-haul again what a rip-off.Brittany C.
