Online experience was horrible. Half the time it did not work. I needed to repeatedly put in the same information that I had previously put in. When returning the truck we could not get the return to go through. We thought it went through but good thing I called because it didn't.Gretchen P.
My experience with Uhaul was fine however my experience with the movers I paid for through Uhaul was AWFUL his name was Alex and he was late rude obnoxious and wouldn't complete the job unless I paid him another hour. The truck was fine, but the online booking experience was awful. I was told that I would receive a call from a representative a day in advance to confirm the truck and provide instructions on how to access it. I never recieved a call. When arriving at the gas station, I had to call someone and they told me something about an additional contract that I had never received. I then had to wait about a half hour in the parking lot for the support team to verify me before I could get the key. I also never saw any instructions on how to calculate the gas mileage when returning the truck, which I was told would be in the contract. The automation process here could be improved a lot through facial recognition software and improved automation rules.JASON B.

I went to go pick it up at an Exxon station and the attendant gave me directions to a sketchy location that was way behind some house, I had to use their driveway to find the lot, didn't enjoy that at allPATRICK C.
I did not expect to be going to a gas station and then to a parking lot ; the woman working was very helpful - she did a great job - but it was all a little strange ...so I've should have given me an idea of what to expect- the vehicle was insanely loud ajd it didn't sound great ... and an engine light went on which made me nervous ..LAURA D.

This location is not at the stated address. Upon arriving to this location, I was sent to another location that was dark and in the back corner of a dead end. I did not feel safe and it was extremely hard to findCharlene R.
There was an issue with the jack on the trailer. It wasn't working so UHAUL sent a repairman to resolve the issue. But I lost one day of my trip. UHAUL credited me the day thankfully.HRATCHE B.

Truck, equipment and location were great and very nice. I was however disappointed that my location was changed without any notice after it had been confirmed the day before. I had scheduled for Westwood which is a mile from my house and had to go to Glen Rock which is about 7 miles from my house so my mileage ended up being double of what I anticipated as well as gas.JOEL R.

Would not allow me to drop the trailer at the location. Made me drop it in a vacant lot (with no attendant) the next town over. It was literally down an alley then into some type of junk yard. I have pictures if you want. Gas station attendant was not friendly and told me not to blame him as he just works there. Spoke to area manager. He is aware of the situation. He also knows this is not how U-Haul is supposed to operate. If I had known this site was such an issue, I would have dropped it at a different dealer. The area manager acted like he didn't know at first and then admitted that he was aware and it has operated that way for "12 years". He told me he would credit the card with $25 for "my troubles" after I asked to be compensated for doing someone else's job. Definitely a poor representation for U-Haul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STEPHANIE M.

I had a guaranteed online reservation at another location (Shield Self Storage 14 E 24th St, Paterson, NJ 07514) but was unable to get the keys as the code didn't work and there was no one present or picking up the phone. So that sucked but this location was great.RON W.
There should be a note before renting that indicates the need to go to the different location to actually pick up the rental. It wasn't difficult to get to, but did make the process longer than expected.Samuel V.
