Two things that kinda bothered me. 1 my truck rental was set up for Fullerton but confirmation was for garden grove. That wasn't going to work for me. Second we had a 9 am reservation but when I got there there was only one person working the counter. Even though I had a reservation it took over an hour to get the truck. Disappointed in those aspects but it got the job done.FRANKLYN P.

Location is nice and clean all equipment was fully stocked and also had nice accessories. The employee that helped me was the worst I've ever dealt with. As a long time customer, I have never experienced such bad customer service. - I was in the lobby waiting to be helped and someone walks in and I asked if the person worked here. His reply was â€œI'm wearing the shirt what do you think that means?â€ - I decided to change the type of trailer to rent and wanted to make sure the price was adjusted because the receipt still showed the other price. His response was that the computer has a glitch, you'll get it at the right price later. I asked him to please get the correct contract and his response was that I was making him work too hard. He didn't want to walk all the way back inside to make the proper change on the contract. I asked him if he was sure that I wouldn't be charge more and he started to yell at me saying â€œsir, you don't have to rent from us, but trust me it will change later and just the paper is different Than what's on the computer, because there is a glitch in our system.â€ He later did make the change and gave me the correct contract. Saying â€œoh it didn't go through so now it's correct.â€ Who talks to customers like that? It's unacceptable behavior for an employee to speak to customers that way.MIKE L.
