I declined the CDW coverage and because I returned the truck during after hours I still was charged. It also took an hour to get the paper work correct for the rental. Awful experience!

Have vehicles that don't have marijuana joints in them. Don't ask customers to bring back vehicles with more gas than they were given the vehicle with. Don't have agents argue with the customer when they dispute the total cost of the rental.

The employee was very rude. On top of that, he charged me for a dolly, but did not give it to me upon leaving with the truck.

The Manager seems to be a bit uptight and may have an issue with the type of people in that neighborhood. However, the truck and it's performance was spot on.

I had an issue with my bill I called customer service made a complaint a manager got back to me the next day. My complaint was what I was charged twice for two rental. I was explaining that to the manager the manager disagrees with my assessment because I signed the contract and the contract says that I was to be charged twice. I did not dispute the contract I know I signed it. I also told the manager that I could read so there was no need to be so kind of sending as to tell me that I signed a contract and said I had to be charged twice because I returned it so I can late. I simply stated that the company did not lose any money by me returning the truck late so I should not be charged the extra rental. Send a manager is so kind of sending as to send me two copies of my receipt singing that I cannot read and that if I have more copies of my seat in front of me to understand. I think that the manager was a very condescending and although he did try to answer my concern he was very ill equipped to do so. Which makes me believe that there is profit sharing in that the only thing he's concerned it's doing extra texting the bottom line and any cost instead of providing customer service. For this reason I am not sure that I will continue using U-Haul.

uhaul cheated me on the price according to my quote and committment to rent at this location. the location says they are only charging what uhaul said and uhaul double talking me. I used less mileage which uhaul told me at the corporate office , would be adjusted and the actual price would be much less. in this case it was not. Uhaul cheated me. don't appreciate it and will be sure to tell my clients and friends,



Everything was excelent. No complains at all.



First of all, I contacted Uhaul on 09/29/17 to make a reservation for 09/30/17 at 1pm, and the location they reserved for us to pick up the truck, is non-existent. It does not even come up on your location list. When we arrived at the destination according to the address provided by Google maps for it, there was nothing there. Therefore, we wasted over one hour trying to find out what to do. Luckily, we found Value Store It 12, which I should mention the staff was very helpful. They tried to help us find another location that had the truck we had reserved (10 ft Box truck), however, we got lucky that while we were waiting there, someone went in and returned a 15 ft truck, and we were able to get that one. I am requesting for a credit for all the trouble, first for the waste of time, which led us to have to pay extra fees at the place we were moving out from because we were not out of there at the time we had said we were, second, because we ended up having to reserve a more expensive truck, and last but not least for reserving us a truck at a location that does not even exist! I have already called customer service and filed a complaint. And I am awaiting for a manager to contact me via phone. I would really appreciate it if this is taken into consideration, otherwise, this will be our last time using UHaul. Thank you
