The truck was incredibly dirty, the photos that were provided of the truck were incorrect - I declined all of them. You can tell the rear window was broken because there was glass inside the truck and blue painters tape on the window still. I had to lysol wipe the interior of the truck because it was disgusting to even drive. I will never rent from this location again - the service was great but clearly those patrons who rent from here are nasty.

The inside of the vehicle I rented had not been cleaned out by the previous renter. Nor did anyone from the location I rented from go out to the vehicle with us to walk around it so we could point out what was already damaged on the vehicle to show that we had not done any damage to it upon our return. I would suggest personnel doing a walk around each vehicle with the renter prior to the vehicle leaving the location. And also each vehicle needs to be cleaned inside and out in between renters.

My truck was not at the location . I has that reservation for a week and no truck. Then I had to jump on the highway and drive to another town to pick up the truck. That location did NOT provide me with the furniture dolly and the whole experience was terrible

The only glitch was the opening time. My original pick up time was 0800 and when the reservation was moved the opening of the 1124 location was 0900 and this was not correct on the change email I received.

The agents are great very helpful & great customer service but the truck was dirty it stunk & had Roches in the truck I told the agents & there response was I have told uhaul about the truck having Roches & they have done nothing about it.. pretty sad when a franchise complain to the company about dirty nasty products & they do nothing to fix the issue & continue to rent & make money from it..

Be careful with this location they add fees that you never applied for there are roaches inside the truck always take pictures before and after make sure you inspect every aspect of your receipt they are not honest at all U-Haul its self are honest I have called them and they handle everything honestly with the district manager They are amazing people this is why I was still return to U-Haul not to this location I would not trust is location I advise it to everybody not to go to this location this is privately owned so basically they can do whatever they want with the you horny and that is sad because U-Haul is known for very good customer service and this location does not have that

Online when I made the reservation I PAID for a furniture dolly and for the time slot I needed. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have a furniture dolly and that my appointment was for the following day.

I received a call the day of my reservation that the 9ft van I reserved was not available and that I would need to take a 10ft truck instead. The circumstances of why I was renting a U-haul did not allow me to reschedule for another day as I needed to move things out of a storage unit in Naples back to Fort Lauderdale. Instead of paying $0.70/mi, I had to pay $1.19/mi for a 250-mile trip, a difference of ~$125. I'm sure I paid more in gas for the difference in gas mileage too. The truck I was given was maybe built in 2005?? and in horrendous condition. I'm surprised it had passed any sort of quality inspection. Overall, not a good experience at all.

I got the truck on Friday I dropped it off Around 4:00 I'll drop it off around 7 o'clock here it is Sunday I did not receive my money back I had to use my debit card so that's the only thing I don't like you have to wait a couple of days for your money to return on your card but other than that everything was good but I do need my money back I have not received it yet

When I try to drop off my U-Haul at about 5 o'clock the gate was closed and locked and there was nowhere to park the U-Haul nor a place to drop a key for the U-Haul. I spent hours trying to find somewhere to leave my U-Haul. I am not happy at all with this experience! I was exhausted and just wanted to leave the U-Haul somewhere but everywhere I called said they would charge me extra to leave it there. Not cool at all that the place I had arranged had no where to drop it off or leave the key or any part of returning a U-Haul which I have done many times!

The location where I picked up and returned the vehicle was awesome. From interaction with the clerk upon arrival and departure, the pick up and return went smoothly. My greatest concern was with the U-Haul company, specifically. During the course of my rental, I misplaced the keys to the truck. I was at Walmart and it was piercingly hot. I called my AAA and was informed they could bot open a U-Haul rental. I must call the U-Haul help line. I called the help line and was on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes and eventually disconnected. I called again and simultaneously went online and completed the request for help because of a lockout. I waited another 4 hours and no response.No one ever picked up the phone whole holding either. I had to resort to finding a friend of a friend to move my daughter (which costed me $400). I had no way of getting the U-haul back to the rental location so I put a request on social media for anyone who could open the truck. A guy responded that he could for $75. I paid him and he came and opened the truck. He also helped me look for the keys and he found them. I had inadvertently left them on top of the tru k. I finally was able to get the truck back to the location after spending $475. How is it that no one picked up the phone nor responded to my online request.

The trunk that I reserved was not there when I came to pick it up so I was given a larger truck for the same price. I really didn't want this truck but I had no other choice. The woman told me that I would be getting a $50 dollar credit because the tuck I reserved was not available I brought this truck back hours earlier and she was so happy because another customer was waiting for his truck. When I asked again about the $50 she said yes that I would be getting it. When we went inside she proceeded to call a manager then when she got off the phone she told me that I would not be getting the $50. I was extremely upset. She told me that since she gave me the larger truck that it didn't apply. She never even appologized for telling me that I was going to get the money twice! After seeing how angry I was she had me sit there and wait for another 15-20 minutes while she was typing on the computer never communicating with me. She finally said that she would refund my $48 for the truck. What a horrible experience!!! Terrible customer service!

While the customer service was excellent, courteous, and very professional, the actual equipment (cargo van) was dirty. After each use, the vehicles should be sanitized - no question it should be mandatory. When ask the question if the vehicle had been santitized, the employees could not say for sure that it had been. Additionally, there is no accountability or record keeping to verify, if the equipment has been santitized.

No big deal, but was not aware vehicle used E85 fuel until it was time to fuel it. This should be communicated initially so user knows they have to track down E85 fuel ahead of time.
