How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf you don’t have the equipment ordered, say something so alternate plans can be made. I had to move everything by hand rather than wheeling it and I had to transport screens separately due to not having furniture blankets
Jared FThe spaces to park were maybe a little bit tight, but all in all it was very easy. I got there at almost midnight so I didnt interact with anyone.
Maximiliano SI waited for 40 minutes for employee to be available. When I mentioned how long I had waited he said he was busy upstairs.
JEFFREY COn the positive side they reached out as there was issue w availability of the reserved truck. They were actively seeking another truck and location. The reserved blankets were unavailable.
