Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, had my vehicle ready and waiting for me to pick up, clearly explained everything to me and answered all my questions with ease. Upon return, the staff promptly processed my return and quickly got me on my way. This was the best experience I have ever had with a U Haul location. If I have to use U Haul again, I hope this location and staff are available.

Trailer had some 'left over mud/dirt' on exterior, should run it through a wash to clean it up. (Not Extreme, inside was clean, that's what really matters most.)

I will never use u-haul again. I received a low-ball quote on the phone (even though I gave every bit of info accourately) and when I arrived it was too late to go anywhere else. In the end it cost $200 more than I was told!

Ensure that equipment is properly turned in within your system. I received a call the day after I returned a trailer and was accused of not dropping it off. After calling the drop off location, I was told "Our system shows you did not return the trailer", then I was redirected to "scheduling" who had to call back the same drop off point and tell them that I had in fact turned the trailer in after telling him where it was placed by me and the Uhaul employee. This is very concerning for me because it shows lack of follow through and proper procedures. I don't think I will ever use this location again for anything.

Charged for insurance after I declined it on my reservation. Was charged for 100 miles because that's what I "estimated". Was told they don't need to check the odometer to see if it was less because I signed saying i would go 100 miles.

Reserved truck for the morning but wasn't able to get truck until 6:30 that evening. I rented the truck for 24 hours but was to return truck 1 hour and 45 minutes later and I was still obligated to pay full price. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I ordered a daily and it was not on the truck nor was I told I had to grab it before I left. I was then told by the manager on duty she would credit me 26 miles off since that was how far it was from my home back to the uhaul store. I was also told I would have to have it back by 3am when we picked it up at 3pm the afternoon before then come to find out it was the same price for 24 hrs so I worked throughout the entire night for no reason also I was never told told I had to punch in what time I returned the vehicle. It was very poor communication and I was told I would have the mileage credited back but it never was and when I called I kept getting the run around.. when picking up my truck, I had to roam the parking lot looking for it. my key unlocked and started the wrong truck. It was just when I confirmed the gas and mileage that I noticed I was in the wrong truck. also, I was supposed to ask for the lock and blankets, and did not know that. they were not in the truck as previous rentals. took a lot of work to get reimbursed for the blankets and had to buy my own padlock. gas was only about 1/2 full so I had to put gas in the truck even before we moved. moving from NC to RI.

We reserved a 26 ft truck several days prior to needing it, but were called on Friday morning and told that there was only a 20 ft truck available. At my insistence the per mile rate was reduced to compensate for having to make more trips. The truck we were given, although clean, the air conditioning didn't work, and it was in the high 90's with high humidity. The radio also didn't work. So, needless to say, our rental experience wasn't the best. If I ever have to get a rental again, I'll probably go to one of your competitors.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed...tons of business, but not many employees. When I returned the trailer 9am Sunday, there were no less than 20 trucks/trailers lined up to return, and 2 ladies were the only employees on duty. They got it done, no doubt about that, but I'm sure a little more help would have been very welcome. Overall, great location!

The only problem I really had was the two ladies that checked the truck before I left didn't check everything because it was raining. So when I returned the truck I had to pay for a dolly in which I didn't use. But part of that was my fault because I should have checked myself also before I left the place

Everything went very well with the check out. The truck was exactly what we needed. We thought we would need extra time which was given. We got there almost on time but had to wait 25 minutes for a check in person. She was very nice when she finally got there.
