I. Really appreciate the staff and all the support they give to the customers.
KENNETH P | First ImpressionsMy move in experience was not the best as the instructions on the website did not correlate to the actual instructions on move in day which was very frustrating when I am ready to unload. I was told online that all I needed to do was put in a code and I should have access. When I tried that it didn’t work. Luckily I moved in during staffed hours who I was informed that I actually need a card to access my unit which was never told to me. I was then explained about the difference in price if I want 24 hour access which is something I don’t want but it would have been nice to know about that in the event I arrived after 10pm. Luckily, everything was rectified after walking back and forth twice from my unit to the main office twice which was extremely frustrating.
