Waited for 20 min before someone came in to help us. Other wise, everything else was fine!

I tried using your self service app. I got all the way through it before it told me that as I was the driver, not the cardholder who ordered the truck (that was my wife, who was not with me) I could not finish the contract. So, I went back to the store and provided my own cc for back-up. I think this could have been avoided by not indicating that self service is available when the driver is someone different than the order placer.

The staff needs a professional atmopshere. When dealing with complaints over the phone, there should be a private area so that not everyone can hear them.

The area is very confined and with people coming in and out with pickups and returns, then if a truck is loading or unloading at storage it blocks traffic, and a vehicle being checked out or in by the door makes for difficulty backing out of the few parking spaces there are. It's confined and unorganized.

The sales rep did not have any ability to run the computer to find my box order. He did not care that the padlock was locked and I didn’t have a key to it so I had to drive back to my residence and leave my driveway an extra 20 miles one way and didn’t care about that just made the excuse that most vehicles don’t have Avelox only the older ones. And pretty much said it was tough shit. And it wasn’t his problem. And was very condescending. I would love to talk to someone from your corporate office about this person. And I will actually be calling to get my refund for the boxes that I bought but he could not find record of.

I paid almost $65 for $19.95 10ft truck for 6hours!9:30AM-2:30PM, I've never rented a uhal for 6 hours! I felt like I was over charged! We also put gas in the truck before returning it. But it literally took me from 10/27/17 to 10/31/17 to move from my former property via my own vehicle because I had to return the uhal truck. Yes we picked up my truck later than 9:30AM that day but I always got the truck for 24hrs in the past...what gives!

Maybe mention total cost up front instead of charging more when truck is returned? Wasn't aware of any additional cost till I brought it back & $20 more came out of account. People were very nice tho

I was initially told when I called the store that there was not a trailer available, when I searched online, it took me right back to the store I called - this was irritating - train your personnel to think on their feet - not just be "programmed" to taking care of customers only online

The drop off location was a 40 minute drive through downtown when were only about 1 mile from another U-haul dealer. We also passed another on the way to the drop off location. Frustrating after downloading.

One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. I talked to two people who put in a quote for me amd when I arrived non of it was correct the card I was given I was not able to use after hours like I said I needed to move out. When I finally did start loading at uhaul the security alarm started going off with nobody there to assist. The cops showed up also
