Make it clear where parking is at for customers. Get the heat hooked up. I understand it's a work in progress so I don't mind but others will.

The reception area and equipment storage age too far apart. Shortening this distance will make the process more convenient for the customer, especially in colder weather. Also, have a sign in parking lot instructing customers to have license plate number at registration.

We got the truck with its front headlight busted in on left drivers side and it was a rainy dark day. The location employee did not even go over the truck with us. Just handed the keys over. We could have used the front lights that day and there was a loud shifting noise everytime we changed gears, thank god we didnt have any issues with the motor.

The customer service specialist I dealt with was Keith at this location. I cannot say enough how amazing he was! I have gone with UHaul each time I have moved mostly due to the affordable rates. Each previous time, I have had nothing but problems and been given the run around, but since UHaul is affordable, it has been my only option. I was dreading picking up my truck based on previous experiences. However....Keith was phenomenal! He was very pleasant and courteous, he as funny and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything I needed to know, even gave me a few tips to help make my move run smoothly. If I could work with Keith every time I go through UHaul, that would be a blessing! He is a true gem to the company and I hope his good work is appreciated!!!

Gas level indicator was incorrect- Document showed 7/8. Tank was at 3/4. Noticed as I was leaving facility. Filled to 7/8 anyway. but mentioned to staff the oversight. And said I would be happy if they reimbursed me $5 since it was not 7/8's. He said he had to have General Managers approval. So I think you need to rethink this General Manager approval for such a small amount of money and it was UHauls oversight to begin with.

Signage is poor to know how to reach office. Building is in disrepair - this is an understatement. You are asked to return the vehicle to the back of the building and leave your car at the front of the building. When you return the vehicle you must walk around the building to get to your car. The attendant who is working rides a small vehicle back to the front. I highly recommend that you allow the vehicle to be returned to the front.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with U-haul!! This location has a secondary location right around the corner where the address actually points to. I had to drive around for 30 minutes looking for a drop box in an empty parking lot until I drove down the street and around a corner and found the actual location that was not listed on the address. All of this was at 10:00 at night and not in a great area. I will be reluctant to ever use U-haul again after this pitiful experience. I’ll probably be taking my business to Penske next time.

It is a little bit of a distance from trucks to the sign in area. But I believe that is only because of construction going on.

Customer service and rental pickup were at different entrances on different streets and no signs to indicate this. Had to talk to the guy at main pickup area first to realize I had to go to a different entrance. This was even after doing an online express check-in! After talking to the customer service, I was told that the truck and the accessories that I reserved are ready to drive out of the lot in the main pick up area. When I came back there, the truck was ready and the agent said its good to go but upon checking, I realized that the accessories were not inside! When I spoke to the guy, he said he would have to check with the rep at the front desk first. The whole process took > 30 minutes! Drop-off was easy!

I have used Uhaul trucks for decades, from Ohio to Florida and from Illinois to Maryland. The quality of service is not equal. Please use the store I just visited as a model for some of your other locations, I had a great experience above and beyond company standards. Mike is well versed in the building and suited applications of your trucks, I used to work for Ford. As stated previously, I having been using your brand for years; even though some of my experiences were not up to standards, in the end it was made right without much difficulty. Thank you.
