We were left waiting without anyone there to assist us for over fifteen minutes past our scheduled pickup time rang the door bell provided numerous times only to find out the employee in question had been in the restroom the entire time.Joseph K.
You were understaffed when I arrive to pick up my reserved truck at 8 o'clock in the morning on Saturday. There were two people in front of me in line, and it took until 845 for me to get my truck. Then after inspecting the truck myself, I found that the rearview mirror on the passenger door was broken and provided no view of that side of the truck at all. When I stopped at the store office for help, the two people there were completely diss interested in my issue because they were dealing with many more customers that had arrived in the meantime. I got no help with this problem. I drove home without the safety of that mirror functioning, unfortunately made it home without incident. I hi then was forced to use tape to lock the mirror down position to where the mirror actually would function. How could that mirror that would spin in place be missed during an inspection of that vehicle prior to renting it out to me or anyone else? One of the number one safety issues with operating trucks as you know is the ability to see what's going on beside and behind you! And then to have to completely in different store clerks do nothing to fix the problem made it even more disturbing. The two people working that morning behaved very unprofessionally in my opinion. Even worse, if someone else had picked up that truck, and just drove it with that mirror assembly broken and could have gotten into an accident of some kind. I expect an apology for my experience.MARK P.

Computer kept freezing during pickup of my van and we had to restart the process 3 times. Then the card reader wouldn't let me sign or confirm any prompts on its screen. If there was not a truck available at my desired location (1227 Main st in Stow) I should have been notified earlier than the day before. I would have just rented a 2-way truck. Also, I had to walk a block away to get the truck, then bring it back so I could load the pads and dollyDarrin B.
