When I can to pick up my truck I had to wait a hour bc your system was not working properly. When situations like this take place other alternatives should take place so your customer can get their rentals on time. A paper method, etc... this wait cost me more money and lost me time with the help I needed to move. Every disappointed in the was service was handled.

The person working in the office was still there but forced me to do the check out through the mobile app. Did not want to do that as there were homeless people out front that blocked me from getting in the gate and this caused more of a delay. Also, homeless people were approaching me in the back section of the storage area as well. Security must improve at this location. I have already moved out of 5 units I had on site due to poor management and lack of security.

This is the 2nd time I've been overcharged. The first time I had holds for over $1000 on my card and no one could do anything about it for a week. Now I have a problem with the fuel. I returned it at 1/4, the girl working marked 1/8 on accident and now I have to pay an extra 50 something dollars because of her mistake. My fuel was fine, over 1/4, I just put it in, no possibility of it under 1/4.... this is not acceptable!

The self-checkout option is so dumb. I thought it would keep me from having to wait in line or do anything involving a human. Not only did I have to bring my phone inside to verify the code, but I would have had to wait in line as well. It is also a lengthier process than just checking out in person. I was very frustrated by it.

The associate that helped me when I returned the uhaul was wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable. She stayed composed during a rush that she was handling on her own. I was very impressed! Grateful for such quick and friendly service.

Their sign-up and payment system did not work well (hung up several times during my rental registration and payment process). The counter person who helped me was EXCELLENT (very knowledgeable, patient and courteous)!

Nothing! On pick up the employee who checked me in was kind sweet and knew about your products. We did a complete inspection of the vehicle prior to my departure. When I return the van there was a training session going on for a new employee. That is important in my mind as the best customer service is what every company should strive for. The truck had been sprayed with sone sickeningly overpowering cleaner and not rinsed. My driver almost slipped on the soapy film. He had to drive truck back to uhaul while my hired workers, whom I was paying to stand around, waited for him to return, The manager accused my driver of purposely coming back with the truck to have it rinsed, just so we could get a 9:00 am dropoff instead of an 8 am time! ( col location)

I arrived at the location where I had reserved a 15' truck after hours to do a self check-in but there was a problem with the website and it would not let me continue past a certain point. I called the 800 number to find out no one could help me until an hour later. Then an hour later I find out the truck is not on the lot (it was lost) and I had to drive to another store. This put my move 2 1/2 hours behind while I was paying movers to wait for this u-haul. This threw my whole day off and has caused much stress! I will not use u-haul for my next move.
