Their sign-up and payment system did not work well (hung up several times during my rental registration and payment process). The counter person who helped me was EXCELLENT (very knowledgeable, patient and courteous)!

Nothing! On pick up the employee who checked me in was kind sweet and knew about your products. We did a complete inspection of the vehicle prior to my departure. When I return the van there was a training session going on for a new employee. That is important in my mind as the best customer service is what every company should strive for. The truck had been sprayed with sone sickeningly overpowering cleaner and not rinsed. My driver almost slipped on the soapy film. He had to drive truck back to uhaul while my hired workers, whom I was paying to stand around, waited for him to return, The manager accused my driver of purposely coming back with the truck to have it rinsed, just so we could get a 9:00 am dropoff instead of an 8 am time! ( col location)

I arrived at the location where I had reserved a 15' truck after hours to do a self check-in but there was a problem with the website and it would not let me continue past a certain point. I called the 800 number to find out no one could help me until an hour later. Then an hour later I find out the truck is not on the lot (it was lost) and I had to drive to another store. This put my move 2 1/2 hours behind while I was paying movers to wait for this u-haul. This threw my whole day off and has caused much stress! I will not use u-haul for my next move.

After many explanation uhaul couldn’t find me a truck the size I wanted. Steered me across town inciting extra miles even though I explained it was an emergency to unload my coach bus before it was towed. I just feel uhaul knew I had to back track to pick it up and they made it worse. I even had to Lyft 38$ way out of my way to pick up truck. Not good business! Then I was charged 68$ for mileage over. Almost mathematically equivalent to the back track mileage to get the “”only”” one available?

No problem with the location or its staff, my problem is with the booking staff they told me a small truck was at this location, and it was not, they book me in what they wanted to make the sale.

Fire the whole staff they charged my account before I brought the truck back and took weeks to refund my money and they kept drafting money out of my account I truly think the store manager is stealing money I will never come back

Tough driving in unfamiliar territory. I was using an updated GPS but still had to double back twice to get to the entrance because the GPS gave inaccurate instructions. By the time I arrived, I had used up enough extra fuel that I was charged to have the tank returned to the required level.

The van I rented had the interior mats and floorboards armoralled. While it looks nice, it is dangerous. I slipped and fell in the van. Huge bruise and goose-egg on my face. Be careful!

The people were friendly, but confusion reigned supreme. When I picked up, there was only 1 person working in the store. She was inundated with rentals and quickly flustered. The tow dolly that I rented wasn't in good condition. I had to repair it. Because I had to repair it, the lady gave me a discount. I was told to return it by 7 am on Sunday, but the young lady failed to mention that the store didn't open until 9 am.

More staffing. Waited 20 minutes to pick up a reserved truck because the single attendant had to cut a lock for someone. The next morning, my receipt had 2 chargeable periods on it when it should have been one. I called to inquire and got passed to the customer service line on extended hold. I drove to the location and handled it in person.

The manager of this store is very rude and unprofessional. She came in at 9:45 wearing sweatpants and a T-Shirt and basically berated the poor desk girl about how she didn't do anything. I had to wait to pick up my truck until 9:45 because of this manager being late and my appointment was at 9:00. I rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck when I got to my apartment. I had to drive back and pick it up and it was a huge hassle. Would never use this location again.
