People were very nice accommodating. I work closely with a local Uhaul dealer. The micromanagement style of Uhaul toward it's INDEPENDENTLY OWNED dealers is taking it's toll. You ask more and more of them all the while cutting their reimbursements. Without your dealers, you cannot exist. Sure you could open corporate locations and hire employees, but your employees will NEVER care about your service like an INDEPENDENT DEALER cares about theirs.

Improve the mobile app if nobody will be there to assist with the pick up. Or improve customer service. I had to wait almost 40 minutes with the first rep who didn't even resolve the issue. Thankfully the second rep was able to help in like 5 minutes

The only thing that made me weary is that there was a bald tire on the trailer and we did not notice until later the next day. The trailer still did very well, and the customer service was amazing. I have been telling everyone about this location.

From past experience I had actually given up on U-Haul as a company. After dealing with this particular U-Haul company, I was totally impressed. I wish ALL U-Haul agencies were as concerned about the safety of their equipment and the satisfaction of their customers. Tim's Mannagift Inc. personnel were fantastic and really went out of their way to help me make an out-of-state move. These people truly care!!!

Our 5x8 trailer was well worn and the tire was bad. When we returned it in Rutland Vermont the uhaul guy here said he was surprised we even made it and immediately put it in the out of commission section of the uhaul equipment. Scary that we drove across country with a bad tire.

MY RESERVATION WAS CHANGED 3 times , very bad reservation system , I had to drive 65 miles out of my way . Last minute changes , wanted to charge double than originally reserved.. PAY THE DIFERENCE WITH BUGDET OR PENSKE
