The place looks like a trailer park dumb. The people leading the facility have no customer service skills at all. I think 3 words were exchanged over the whole process. I will never pick up or drop off to this location again.

Tim was very nice and helpful. He came out to check the truck and mileage, and then that was it. NO paper work to sign or anything. He then stood there to chat with me until my sister got there to pick me up (about 5 minutes later). Tim was very personable and I would recommend his lot to anyone. 5 STARS!!!!

The people at this U-Haul are wonderful. We pulled up and did not have to do anything. The young man Marcel hooked the tow dolly up completely and checked it out, put our car on it and secured it for us. I would highly recommend this location of U-Haul to anyone that needs their service.

Nothing. Don't change a thing. This location was the quickest, easiest, most knowledgeable, AND was able to help me with only 24 hours notice on a rental. I've never had such a positive u-haul experience.

Very friendly and helpful. Truck interior was neat overall but could have been swept a bit better; it was cleaned out during my checkout--perhaps do it when truck is checked in instead?. Office was closed when returned truck (4th of July weekend) and had problems with U-Haul phone login; another customer was having the same problem when trying to check out a truck, so owner came back to the shop--he was very apologetic and took care of my truck at the same time. I would have no qualms about using them again.

Overall great experienxe, my only concetn, my driver license was photographed on what to look like a personal cell phone and uploaded to the uhaul site. This was never explained as to why it was happening or if the photo would be deleted.

I love the self rental. I would have like some kind of email before hand telling me how to put my phone’s settings correctly. I had to use my friends phone because my privacy settings were wrong and I couldn’t figure out how to correct them.

While the individual U-haul dealer was a pleasure to deal with, our organization reserved a truck months in advance for our annual fundraising event. When we check a few days in advance we were told our rental trucks were at a location over 100 miles away. As a consequence of this error, we had to scramble to rent a truck from Penske who will get our business from now on.
