The employees at this location weren't especially friendly. We had a severely intellectually disabled relative with us who needed a restroom. The lady at the desk told us the city won't allow anybody to use their restroom other than employees. She saw my aunt and her situation (she truly was about to mess her pants...she also has digestive issues) and her anxiety and still refused to allow the restroom to be used. It was also frustrating that we had to return the truck to the same location rather than dropping it off at a location closer to where we moved. Wasted time and gas and money.

I’ve rented probably 10-15 Uhauls and this place is by far the best I have ever rented from. Their customer service was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about it. I will only come to this location now. Keep up the great work!

Fairly priced rental for 7 hours. Transmission was not that good in comparison with Penske. Although Penske is expensive.

I used Apple iPhone for directions to UHaul. The first TWOLocations I followed directions to did not seem to exist??!? The directions to this location I used were wrong again, but thankfully they had the Cargo Van I wanted out in view! The location was great for me in the end, and the customer service representatives were very nice and efficient.

I rented a vehicle carrier trailer and would never again. They are very dated in the expectation of maximum speed limit 55... I even checked the tire rating and it was only 62mph! Ugh!! Most of the highway speed limits are 75, with people passing me at 80-85 mph - I was a road hazard!! Unsafe and grueling 16 hours to reach my destination!

Logistically, a technology glitch almost put me out an extra $150 but the owners of this location were extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved.

This review is not directed at the pick up location, but towards Uhaul itself. The experience was ridiculous!! I made my reservation one week in advance, making sure my pick up location was locked in, as this was an important logistic factor. the day that I was flying out from another state to go pick up truck and bring items back, I learned that they had me picking up at a different location, when I spoke with this location, the rep informed me that they did not even have the truck available there!! SO WHY IS THIS WHERE UHAUL HAVE ME GOING??? So then after a call to Uhaul itself, they said truck was not available where I requested A WEEK EARLIER!! They then set my pick up location at yet another place. This place did not open till 9:00 am, I had already stated that I needed pick up no later than 7am. So they then set me up to get truck via 24/7 truck share using lock box at site. I arrived at 5:45 AM and the app would not allow me to complete pick up process. I then spent the next 2 1/2 hours!!! pacing back n forth in this parking lot on the phone with uhaul rep trying to fix this maddening issue!! The owner of business finally showed up and we then completed my pickup. When I made my reservartion, ONE WEEK AGO!! I was quoted the total amount for 26' truck and auto transport, I paid this amount via early check in one hour prior to arriving at pick up location. THEN when they got all the BS figured out, they created a new contract, later that day, the pick up location called and said that the auto transport was not included/paid for and I would have to pay this additional amount!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! When I attempted to input original contract number, that original reservation info was no longer available. I ended up having to pay the extra $$ for auto transport, which was originally included in amount I paid earlier that morning!! So they put me through all this screwed up hell and the charge me more money!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I spent a total of 6 1/2 hours on the phone with uhaul in trying to fix the MANY screwups that they had made!!! the other bit of stupidity is that very time, they made/changed pick up info etc. The new contract stated that I was picking up equipment at the location I originally wanted!!! I get the confirmation email each time and he told me I was scheduled to pick up equipment at the WRONG LOCATION!!! Ironically at the location I wanted but was told I could not get it there!! It felt like they were trying to DRIVE ME MAD!!! WOW!!! what a nightmare!! Another bit of info I want to give anyone renting a uhaul is this...the aluminum bed of truck will turn your shoes and everything that touched it BLACK!!! It was unbelievable!! So after all this, we realized halfway through unloading that our tile floors and our carpet were BLACKENED by walking in and out of truck and all boxes etc. that touched the bed of the truck!!! So then we had to clean carpet and tile floors after unloading and moving everything BACK into gara

As we soon found out, tires were not inflated to 65 psi. This created a huge, & very scary, "tail wag" as we went down the road. We were forced to stop in Denver, where the manager refused to do little, but send us back to the roadside assistance line, which was having hang-up problems, even with U-Haul staff trying to get though, when we called a different line to help. We again stopped in Ft. Collins, CO at a diffierent U-Haul, on route to a planned encounter in Laramie, WY with Al. He knew how to fix the problem, after we were delayed 2-3 hours & hung up on because of U-Haul phone cue issues? I have rented from U-Haul, including auto transports many times, but I knew something was wrong almost immediately. I was hoping if we drove a little ways, it could correct itself, it was a near new trailer. We stopped in Denver, in person, because the phone line was down. I have had much better experiances with U-Haul then this one. Simply being told weight & speed are the reason, & it was a new trailer did not solve the problem. Al knew that the sidewalls of the underinflated tires were the problem. Once this was solved, trailer drove/pulled as expected.

This was a small trailer/lot at bottom of pass. There was room to drop off trailer. I showed up 2 hours after closing Saturday. I dropped it and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the app was to complete for dropping off trailer and taking pictures of trailer and location.

The staff was wonderful! The brand new Cargo Van was a peach! The mobil check-out by my cell phone was ridiculously cumbersome. I took pictures and video of the rental as prudent choice to protect myself and deposited my key (as I had been instructed to do when I called the listed number located under the OPEN sign posted at the front door). The problems: 1st - the app required I turn on my location (something that put me in personal danger) 2nd - the app would only allow a realtime photo and would not allow me to use my previously taken pictures and I was locked out of the truck and 3rd - the app took so long to navigate that I was sweating bullets to complete the mobil return long after I had turned in my key.

Not only was this the absolute farthest possible location to the reservation I made weeks prior, but then I'm charged milage for the milage I was forced to drive because of Uhaul.

I attempted to use the mobile app to pick up my rental before the office opened. For reasons I don't understand, a different truck was shown on the reservation, which had a $0.30/mile additional cost associated with it. If the app had made it clear that I was getting this larger truck at the same price as the van that I rented, it would have been okay, but that was not the case. Furthermore, due to a mismatch between the name in which I made the reservation and the name I used in my profile (I'm guessing here), I was not approved to rent the truck in a timely fashion so I left. My full name is 'Stuart' but I sometimes used 'Stu'. The reservation should be able to see the same address, phone #, e-mail address, and at least make an intelligent guess that its the same individual. It ended up being a complete waste of time and a trip to the rental location

The reason that I ended up at this location is because the person who was working at or Mill Road where I was supposed to pick up my trailer, left for an appointment and left the office unattended. It caused me over an hour delay in my move and instead of asking me for what I wanted and I did asked for a discount and was not granted one, U-Haul gave me an extra day. But that didn’t help me because I have driven five hours from Santa Fe New Mexico that morning had to drive 25 miles up the canyon to my storage unit and ended up in rush-hour traffic not getting back to Santa Fe till 10 o’clock at night and then we still had to unload. So I only needed the trailer for 24 hours, not for five days. Very disappointed in the customer experience. And the fact that I could never received even a 10% discount. I will say that Deborah in customer service was very helpful in calling the manager of the office that was not attended and explain to me that it was going to be an hour and a half wait sent me to traffic and they were able to find me another trailer about 3 miles away.
