First off, the UHaul clerk was a complete gentlemen. When I arrived, he was trying to correct a projected billing error for a couple renting a truck. Although he worked the phones diligently, his customer line backed up. I waited, I would estimate, 45 minutes to be waited on. Not the clerks fault. Perhaps Uhaul could defer such matters to the following business day, to properly address the problem. It's a billing issue and should not have held up the line the way it did. 4 customers came in behind me and also waited. One customer left without having his (future) rental question answered. UHaul should adopt a "here are the keys, we will sort it out later" policy. I'm sure you are going to match the lower process that couple was quoted anyhow. Ridiculous, the pickle you put you poor employee in that day. Inexcusable. Again, I am not mad at the employee, he was doing his best with your lousy uhaul policies. Unreal. Over an hour+, to grab a toy hauler and hit the road. And that was with a reservation.
