Earl HTrailer doors that swing open are better than roll up doors. Items inside trailer tend to slide back against roll up doors preventing you from opening door. Even with slower careful driving items tend to slide to back, against the roll up doors. Possibly a gate to hold items 2 inches back from door is another idea for a solution. Thank you. Also tongue heavier 6x12 trailers should have an attached fold down jack to enable 1 person to lift trailer tongue up on hitch. And jack length tall enough to connect to taller standard vehicles. They are used on boat trailers frequently. Thank you.

And that store phone service was awful, then to have a rude 24/7 lady, good thing the people who worked/owned the store was wonderful on Monday because I wouldn't rent from the company ever again. I would think you would want to make the customer Happy.. Thank you store owner, no thanks to the 24/7 hot line lady!

Should let patrons know that they will need alternate firm of ID ( people don’t normally carry passport and other docs requested with them!) Overall , went well, though my card was charged more than my receipt.

Richard W | Overall ExperienceI wasn't expecting the return to be quite as tedious as it was but it was on Sunday while they were closed. Its hectic when you move and we were retuning the truck down to the wire to get it back by 10 AM. I was afraid I wouldn't complete the on line business until after !0. To be fair she probably mentioned it when I picked up the truck but maybe emphasize to people not to lock the truck and drop the keys in the box until you complete your return due to needing pictures.
