I paid for a dolly, the man forgot to put the dolly in the truck. That slowed down my moving & I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. Please contact me about these charges when moving without the dolly was a great deal of inconvenience. 214-924-6814

we initially had planned to pick up this truck at Black Dog Furniture in Clinton Township. The code provided did not open the lock box for the key to the truck. We wasted an hour having to get the truck from another location further away as there was nobody present on site when we tried to pick it up. Waste of precious time and energy. Additionally Black Dog Furniture advised all they rent out was 15' trucks, yet when we get there, there are all different sizes parked outside. Once we did get the truck, things went smoothly.

RICHARD T.I could not drop off due to being gated off. Office hours are from 9-5pm. I arrived next day at 9am and nobody from the office was there and I was told they would be there until 9:30. Super inconvenient drop off location and a waste of my time. You need a code to even enter the area and I was not provided with one.
