Andrea H.we initially had planned to pick up this truck at Black Dog Furniture in Clinton Township. The code provided did not open the lock box for the key to the truck. We wasted an hour having to get the truck from another location further away as there was nobody present on site when we tried to pick it up. Waste of precious time and energy. Additionally Black Dog Furniture advised all they rent out was 15' trucks, yet when we get there, there are all different sizes parked outside. Once we did get the truck, things went smoothly.
