The young man at the desk was more interested in watching the football game on his phone than accurately checking out the rental. The first rental had hot air blowing instead of air conditioning and I refused to take it. The football fan screwed up the invoice on the replacement and I had to waste my time the next week getting it corrected.

I did my reservation online then went to the store and waited 15 minutes for the rep to finish with the customer in front of me. Make it so I can complete the transaction myself without waiting.

(1) I had checked-in before going to the location in order to save time at pick-up. When I arrived at the location, the computers were freezing, the wait was long, and the agent had to input the information I had I putted the prior day to save time. (2) The contract had the truck mileage recorded at 800 miles less than the actual mileage. I noted the difference, a staff person in the lot conformed, I went back into the office and the agent assured me she noted the difference in the computer. Yet, I have now been charged for these 800 miles and have to dispute this, which is taking time and very frustrating. (3) The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas when I rented it, and because it's impossible to note how many gallons will fill 1/4 tank in an unfamiliar vehicle, we returned the truck with 1/2 tank, so we incurred an additional cost. The tank should be full when you rent a vehicle! (4) I had noted a preferred drop-off that was one block from where we unloading the truck, yet it was not listed as a choice when I picked up the truck. The agent at pick-up told me I could call uhaul when I got to Cambridge and get permission to drop-off the truck at my preferred drop-off location. Per her instructions, I called uhaul when I got to Cambridge. But the operator told me I could not drop off the truck at my preferred drop-off - it would have had to have been arranged at pick-up. I find it frustrating that uhaul agents were giving me different information. Because I relied on the information given by the agent at pick-up, I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to drop-off the uhaul and pay a $45 taxi ride back to where we unloaded the truck, which was one block from my preferred drop-off location.

There could be 1 more person stationed at the desk. The people there were fast and friendly but become quickly overrun by the volume of cus t omers a t this location. I go out of my way to rent here because of the quality service.

Remove the Movinghelp.com service from the U-Haul website. Not only did noone show up when I had pre-paid for the service and spoke with 5-Star Movers company the day before, now I am receiving fraudulent emails telling me to delete my movinghelp.com account. 5-Star Movers is a scam playing within the Movinghelp.com site, and U-Haul does not seem too concerned about this.

It always seems to be under staffed on the counter causing unnecessary inconvenience and delays in processing contracts and getting customers in and out efficiently. I have used this facility many times over many years, and it is always the same. The staff is always competent, friendly and professional and always under pressure due to understaffing. This is definitely a management and business model decision which, in many ways, is penny wise and pound foolish. Support your staff better because they really work hard and efficiently

When I arrived, the wait was about 45 minutes. Granted it was Sunday at 10 in the morning but perhaps have more than one person at the front desk will move things along. Also, I never got the utility dolly I reserved for but with a call to this location, I was able to get a quick refund through the mail.

I had a hit h put on my car and I order a 5x8 trail to take to Ga from Cleveland. And my signals didn't work. When I put the signal on to make a left or a right traffic on the highway they would blow at me. I pulled over to see if the wires worked and they didn't. I just need this corrected. Other than that service was very excellent.

Not enough help at this location had to wait in line over 30 minutes. Not enough room to park. Very disorganized.
