The location I finally picked up the vehicle at was very good. My problems was I had a guaranteed vehicle to pick up. I received a text the location had been changed. When I went to the new location, there was no vehicle. The sent me to another U-Haul location and still no vehicle. This location was very good at setting me up for a vehicle early the next day. The vehicle was there and ready to go. The fuel level was incorrect, so the gentleman remarked the line with his initials. When I checked in 4 hours away, I was charged $25 for gas. I called to have corrected and told it would be., The credit came through for the tax only. I had to e-mail and finally got this corrected. I am still waiting on someone to call to give me a $50 adjustment on the price. All locations were wonderful, but somewhere there is a terrible lack of communication. It cost me a lot of time to straighted the mess up. I was on hold the 1st time for 45 minutes before I was actually able to speak to a human.

We had requested the truck for Sunday-Monday. When we arrived Sunday to the location that was sent in my confirmation email, I logged into the account to do the express check in and it told me my truck was at another location. We had to drive into a VERY dangerous neighborhood and when we arrived the log in told me there was no truck for me at that location. We had an entire crew ready to move us and now we had no truck. We had to go on Monday and rent a truck but now only had 3 people (two were females)…..so this made for a very difficult move.

The staff were great in helping me with the mobile checkout process. The truck was good but a bit beat up. I was pleasantly surprised with how little the fuel cost.

I rented uhaul/dolly on May 15, 2018. I was told credit card machine wasn't working so I gave $100 deposit. Could not get dolly out of bracket so was told $7 refund will be applied. Returned truck on May 20, 2018 and account was put on hold. On May 21, 2018 came to location after being put on hold(telephone) for 44 minutes to discuss hold on account. Checked account and was told the manager took money out of my account which was $40 then an additional $81.03. I waited over 90 minutes for manager to return from bank to discuss how I was going to receive refund for over charge. Bill states $177.24 and I paid $222.00. Manager never showed up. This is bad business. I'm willing to pay $65.00 for small claims to receive my money owed. I'll take my loss so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

An erroneous charge of $387.46 was added to my corporate account bill. God's House Ministries Cleveland OH was charged two amounts for overnight useage. $76.47 is correct and then an additional $387.46 is pending. I'm unable to reach assistance at this time. Will call corporate when the office opens. These two amounts are both pending and I hate that the error was made.

The line for pick up took an hour. The staff was very nice & polite. Maybe stagger pick up times. I had to call my movers to let them know I’d be late & I gave myself an hour’s time to get the truck before they were supposed to arrive.

It would be great if the U-Haul had a better computer system that didn’t crash. I was supposed to have my rental at 3:30 pm and ended up waiting until around 4:15 pm. I have suggested the following before. Auto transports should have a winch either automatic or manual. Sometimes loading a car can be challenging when the right equipments is not available.

I am very disappointed in their service. We dropped off a day after the due date of which they are aware. They later charged us two times more instead of just $40/day as stated in the contract. I spoke to the representative in the store and she said that their computer froze and there is nothing she can do for now. Two days later i saw the charge. This is stealing and I am requesting my money back.
