This was a mobile drop off, the drop off location wasn’t opened so no one helped me and I never entered the building so I don’t know about the condition.

The location was good - convenient and the drop off was easy but the parking lot and the signage for the business needs more lighting. It was pretty dark and for safety reasons, it would be helpful to have more light on the parking lot.
Michael GTruck was dirty in the cab and the cargo area. The cup holders and accessory areas were sticky and had sokething all over them. Leaves and dirt all over floor of cab.
Adrienne RThey did not tell me return procedure, nor how to unhook, and the in person customer service was below average. They were efficient just not friendly (no smile greeting, no asking if I had questions)
Bertha DTruck was not checked before renting, had to jump start it. Truck cut off several times while in transit.and check engine light came on Tried to drop off at a closer location to avoid any other issues but was told I could not. Then was charged additional because truck was late return. Very disappointed with this experience.
