Uhall representative wasn’t present when they opened and had to do self checking at a location with no place to sit. Also uhall had no gas, went two miles and gas light was on. Booked reservation weeks in advance at a location 1 mile from my house but they couldn’t get me a truck 2 days before pickup. I had to drive 14 miles away on pickup day. Note: no gas in the uhall on pickup day and location was a dirty mess.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was not a fan of the contactless pickup from this location and the lack of access to anyone working. I also received my truck on 5/8 tank and was expected to fill it up to that, which feels a bit absurd to have to guess how much gas to put in the truck (and I was charged for not doing that). Overall not horrible but would not go to this location for that price again.
Nev MDrop off was on a closed day with little direction on where to leave the vehicle. The app didn’t work to note I left it so just had to hope all was good.

Juan GThe U-Haul app told me to drop off the location is at bramble. There's nobody there. I guess I got there too early. It was around 10:00 so I pushed the ring doorbell and it said well nobody's here. They're closed right now but just leave the truck and they'll take care of it when they get back in. A little disappointed in that. So I didn't know what to expect but the bill turned out okay so I guess it was all working good
