Let customers know up front they may have to use the “mobile drop off†link if there is no U-Haul Representative at the drop off location. I managed it, but was unaware upfront. Thankfully a Bramble employee explained how to get started and find the link for the process.

Nathaniel J.The staff at Bramble were both knowledgeable and helpful. The Uhual app is not user-friendly and would take several rentals to get used to. Would definitely use Bramble again for my rental needs.
Richard H.There was no one there. Phone number said to call on Monday business hours. We pressed button on gate and it was answered but don't think they were actually on site. He was unable to help us with either getting truck door open to retrieve key nor did he know who we should contact or what else could be done to help us. He said uhaul was a separate company and they didn't have anything to do with them.
