I locked keys inside the truck. I called and then menu system was near impossible. Finally connected with a person who was curt and transferred me back to the system. Had to go online to fill out a form to get roadside assistance. Check in also was a pain in the ass. Take a lesson from Hertz.

It was very cold that morning. Maybe that is the reason the representative didn't walk me to the vehicle. But it would be a good idea to show a customer around the vehicle and answer some questions one might have. Not only ensures communication but create equipment awareness.

Staff very helpful, prompt, and on-time! Although truck was clean & motor and transmission seemed good, the truck had some maintenance issues that made the trip harder & longer than it should have been A short hall would have been fine, but for over 600 miles these items become a nuisance. Issues include: heater didn't work well, windshield washer didn't work well, front end tires out of balance causing major vibrations at desired speeds, headlights out of adjustment, & steering linkage loose.

This is the second time I've rented from this location and the second time they have tried to overcharge me! The price of the van is SUPPOSED to be $19.95 + mileage. They always try to encourage you to just drop it off and let it be charged to your credit card I guess hoping by the time you get the bill for $79 you won't bother coming back but I always pay in cash so they are forced to bring up the charges on the computer and I make them change the $79 to the $19.95 like it's supposed to be!! They tried to tell me that I'm the ONLY person this has ever happened to but somehow I doubt it...

The pickup truck smelled like tobacco smoke. As a non-smoker I found the odor, unusual to prior rentals and unpleasant. However of much more importance to me was that I was charge for 100 miles instead of the 10 that I drove the truck. I called the day after returning the truck and was told that the manager was out but would return my call soon. To date I haven't received a return call and the over charge for the over mileage remains on my credit card.

Charged for insurance again even though declined. Noticed four different charges on credit card; one during phone reservation, another charge at pickup, and two more smaller charges I dont know what they are for.

If you self check in outside, the key should be in a lock box outside on car. You get emailed a passcode to unlock then customer doesn’t need to go inside at all

when i order a 6,000 car trailer thats want i want no a lager one. they said that was in the back of the other ones. and was told to take this one.
