I've used uhaul trucks many times. The guy who rented the truck to me was nice and pleasant, aslo he explained terms and conditions very well. But the gas reading did not match what was actually in the truck plus I ordered a appliance Dolly and there was no Dolly on the truck when I got home. So I was a little displeased this time. The guy did make the adjustments on my bill. I will continue to use uhaul services, I will double check my rental order in the future. Their still a good rental and storage business.

I picked up a truck and left the lot with a quarter of a tank (which was marked on the form). I returned the truck with the same amount of gas in it as when I picked it up. And yet, I was charged $18 for gas. I reached out to the GM to question this charge- he never answered my email. I called customer service who then emailed him again. The woman on the phone was very helpful, and she told me that he would probably call me back very soon after hanging up with her. He never called me. It's very unprofessional to just ignore your customers. Would not recommend.

This location was busy when I dropped off the truck. I had to wait on the street until they were able to move the 2 trucks ahead of me. That would be my only complaint. The staff were helpful when they could get to me.

Be sure the trailer is swept out good. I was hauling nice furniture and had to sweep out the floor first. Trailer tires were in need of replacement so the lengthy trip concerned me. Other than that, the counter attendant was helpful and friendly despite having an understaffed busy day.

The lady attendant was very rude and arrogant. I called to ask a question due to my online rental for a $19.00 10 foot truck rental. She replied I don't know nothing about online apps. I received a bill for a rental I did not ask for , a damage report that I did not do and two(2) bills in my e mail. Please advise me accordingly. (513) 818-9257.

My experience work with the gentleman that was helping me put my things into storage they were really great and extremely helpful. You could kinda tell that they were having kinda of a bad day but they were very very professional and definitely helped the best way they could. The first location where I was supposed to pick up my truck did not have the truck available and set back my move by 2 hours. Not to mention the truck I was given had a low battery. However, I will say after being dicked by the first location. I was happy to see the 50 dollar reimbursement and a 26 foot truck, that I can appreciate.

Well where do I start?!? 1. Made a reservation online and it said there was a trailer there. As I’m about 2min from the place for pickup they call me and tell me there is not a trailer like the one I reserved online and I’d have to go to another location. Admittedly it was only 5miles away but in rush hr traffic it took me dang near 30min. To top it off I had to back track, from the location I was about to pull into, to get to the new location. 2. I finally arrive and it took F O R E V E R to do the paperwork (no fault of the guy who was trying to assist me, as far as I could tell) due to a glitch in the computer system. 3. Dude trying to assist me reeked of weed. Don’t know if he just got done with a joint or if he just always wears the same coat when he smokes...I think I received a contact high, due to suddenly having the munchies. 4. He finally was able to print my paperwork and told me where the trailer was and to backup close to it and he’d be right down to hook it up. 5. I get down to where they keep the trailers (across the street and around the corner from the office) and find the trailer I’m supposed to be taking is buried behind 4 other trailers. I then proceed to unbury the trailer I need and back up to it, and no he still wasn’t down there to hook it up. I proceed to hook up my own trailer and pull back up to the office due to it needing some “TLC.” The trailer was a car trailer and had worn out and/or missing straps and chains. 6. When I pull back up to the office the guy who said he was gonna come hookup the trailer says “man, I’m sorry, I forgot you were down there getting a trailer.” To which I respond “is it because you were high?” I received no response. 7. I told him I needed some stuff fixed on the trailer before I could take it. 1) due to safety of having faulty equipment 2) due to not wanting to be charged with the damaged/missing pieces when I returned it. His response was “you can’t take this trailer because it’s inoperable.” My response was “if you have the straps and chains I’ll fix it myself, since it’s to late to go to another place and get another and I’m from out of town.” He proceeded to go look for said pieces. He comes back in a timely fashion with correct pieces and a tool kit. 8. Due to the time I’d been there already (about an hr at this point, maybe a little more) I decided I’d help by removing some of the bolts and changing one of the straps while he addressed the missing chains and the other strap. Well I pull out MY OWN tool kit and proceed to take apart the one bolt to change the strap. Well he fixed the missing chains and then stood there. I said nothing due to being extremely pissed off and didn’t wanna make the situation worse. I finally get the boot back in and the strap on correctly and get off the ground. The person who was “helping me” proceeded to ask if he could use MY tools since their kit did not have the proper sockets in it to remove the b



Truck was misaligned, drivers widow rattles, oil pressure goes in and out, oil change light was on. Staff was great, truck is just getting old.
