The customer service rep complained about the computer system. I had to call about my receipt . They didn't even know I turned the truck in. Just awful

Service is slow. Simplify your check in and out procedures . Repeat customers should only have to verify existing data. Use a computer kiosk for customers to quickly verify or enter new information in stead of waiting in line for the next available associate to speed up the process.

The individuals at this location ignored my repeated phone calls about personal property that was left in the passenger seat. I have yet to receive any information regarding the property and if they were to locate it. The property has sentimental value to me and the individuals at this location have chosen to rob me of this property. Customer service has provided no help to me with this matter either. I am extremely disappointed and will do everything in my power to prevent people from using any Uhaul location in the future.

The driver's side-mirror kept moving, and I had to readjust it while driving to see behind the truck. Other than that, the U-Haul was great for what we needed. I would, however, rather pay a small fee than refill the tank after using only 3 or 4 gallons.

Vehicle was very significantly damaged and paasenger door would not close completely nor create a seal. The bumper was hanging off and the side was taped where it had been torn up. There was even graffiti written on it. Would not come here again.

Be a little more flexible with customers. I did an interstate rental and Uhaul gave me an estimated mileage. We had calculated based on google maps but for some reason I went over. I was told that if it is a few miles extra you shouldn't worry about it but I was charged 17 dollars extra for mileage!

There just never seems to be enough staff at this location - NEVER!!! Usually they are nice enough but this location is right in the center of the city and can get quite busy. Pick up was fine, the young man was acting as swiftly and courteously as he could. ON the return - it was chaotic to say the least. There were about 3 returns of trucks in front of me and ALL pull in the lot in disorder. I and 2 other cars had pulled in for the drop off. When after about a 10 minute wait ONE young lady comes from the back lot and starts telling us in the drive up to basically park and come in. NO that's why we are in the drive up lane we don't want to come it. Then she tells us to back up - into traffic so that a couple trucks could pull in our space - again NO!!!! The trucks should have been instructed not to park in the exit lane. Judging from the look on her face she was probably frustrated already at 9:30 AM from doing the job of 4 people! Then we finally get past the rentals and a vendor is pulled in the exit lane WAITING on someone to come check him in. I wish I could say this was an isolated experience. I use them because they've generally been close. But if I have time I'd go to another company or location. Sorry but its the truth. Fix it! Get more people!

Please do not rent trucks with mechanical issues. Our truck had a door chime malfunction that kept going off inside the truck with the door closed. My husband had to drIve five hours that way.

I would not recommend to anyone to use the mobile check in option when picking up equipment. It is a fantastic idea, but the "bugs" need to be fixed before releasing it for use. We had issues with the mobile check in and it cost us valuable time on our move in day!

U-Haul calculated that I drove more miles than I actually drove. I went to and from my given move location (~35 miles) but U-Haul claimed that I drove over 100 miles. This U-Haul location must have written down my starting miles incorrectly. It is ridiculous that U-Haul can't get something as simple as the miles driven correct... In addition to over-charging me U-Haul sent me to a location that was no longer a valid drop-off location. I called customer service and the service person claimed that "they always use this location" and couldn't help me since I already closed out my account. I did not want to leave the truck at this location since there was no drop box and the phone numbers provide by u-haul were not valid. It was also in a bad part of town. It wasn't until I was transferred to another customer service person until I was treated kindly and directed to a proper U-Haul to drop off the truck. Over-charged and awful customer experience. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Make sure that the truck is clear or problem and need to work on staff to unstand if you call 800 number they too should contact the 800 numbed to see if the answer is ture
