The app for self check in is horrible and didn't work correctly (photos wouldn't upload, the ones that did took a very long time, my cell service was fine). I was charged a higher rate per mile than originally quoted plus some random fees that were not part of the original price.

Old service station. Clean and organized, but obviously shoppers seen a lot of business over the years. Wonder if U-Haul admin could send the shop a little small neon Green. sign that says open. He could put it by the front door. There are several front doors and it was hard to tell, which was the entrance.
Braddock MDropped off after hours. Amber in customer service was very helpful in the return. I found the app difficult to use when submitting pics.
DOUGLAS BThe app check-out and check-in took way too long, and having a contact confirm you is a total pain in the ass. Will never do this again!!!
