Your app was impossible to navigate. The return option was not available, even after I spoke with your chat assistant.
MARC DThe owner of this location entered my information incorrectly which lead to a giant headache through this entire process. He did his best, but the tech that U-Haul now utilizes is full of bugs, and it set us both up for failure. I think it's extremely unfair that U-Haul is asking only about this location. Their system has a glitch that said I had stolen the vehicle and hadn't been allowed to rent through them since April 2024. September 21st was the first time I've used U-Haul…. They as a company failed, the owner of this location can not be responsible for the entire mess. Uhauls App is complete garbage and relying on it to take care of the rental process is insane. This was an extremely stressful process and I will not be coming back to U-Haul. From beginning to end, this was a poor experience. Find somewhere that rents with paper and you have a face to face agreement on the contract. I'd rather pay a stranger to borrow their personal vehicle than try this process again.

DANIELRICHARD DI've rented from u haul many times before. This time I needed a car hauler for a one way trip. Haulers are few and far between and finding one was difficult. U haul in Leeds NY worked for me finding one. I had to drive over to Chatham NY to pick it up. It was ready and the transaction was effortless. The 800 mile trip went flawlessly! My wife even enjoyed driving during the trip. Not much more to add..just keep up the great service!

judith tI brought my trailer back before the stated time. 10pm...I believe I dropped it off at 8 (ish). I was charged an after hours fee of $20. I COULD NOT put it back where I got it from, because another customer parked their return partially in the way of my spot. I am pissed off that this is how it is handled. It was OBVIOUSLY not my choice.
Craig SI was given a truck that needed transmission maintenance and had to switch trucks a mile into my trip. The customer service worker told me that U-haul flagged the truck for transmission maintenance and it was still rented to me. Extremely unsafe, negligent, and I will be in further contact for recompense
Joseph EThe truck that was rented had NO BRAKE LIGHT OR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE which we discovered while on the highway. THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE AT ITS BEST! This truck should have been inspected to make sure it was in proper working order before being put in service. Not only did Richs Auto Service put our lives in danger but other motorists as well.

karen rUpdate your computer system to make the process go quicker so if you reserve it keeps your license and card on file for 1 year so returning customers who use uhaul for biz can get in and out...or have biz accounts for us commercial accounts
Richard PThe service to do a mobile check in is awful. Please allow time for a longer check in. Maybe a better router or or WiFi system should be in place. Tell your customers this!

John OHe gave us wrong information about adding a driver. He didn't have a printer to print out paperwork for my drivers . We didn't find it a good place to work with. We also found the app almost impossible to use when returning van . We had several texts the next day spoke to three different agents . Honestly you make this so hard for customers .

Avinish Srental trailer worked perfect for me. Have known Rich for years so it was a pleasure visiting with him while he set up the rental.
Bob HTruck was very dirty, and when I suggested the man give me a mop, and I'll clean it, he replied, in less than a polite way. I don't have a mop. He wouldn't give me another truck that was on the grounds because, he said, it wasn't that truck's turn in the rotation.
dan oDon’t charge people cleaning fees when it’s raining all day and there’s no way to not get some wetness or some foot track on the truck bed..come on.
William FThere was not enough room to maneuver a 26' truck safely in that lot. It's fine for smaller trucks, but not the big one. So, I would suggest not allowing bug trucks there. Thanks.

Robert KGet rid of this rude unhelpful guy. Truck was rusted out and back gate wouldn't close. And he blamed it on me. Next customer beware and avoid this place.Never using UHaul again.

Martha BEverything started off well at Rich's location.The box arrived in Ft Pierce as scheduled but then took a turn for the worse. They shipped it someplace else within 24 hours after it arrived. My movers were told it was there and went to pick it up only to find out it was not. This happened 3 different times. I had to pay the movers extra because they were so put out and i don't blame them.It wasn't until i got to speak directly to Dapheny the GM of the Ft pierce location that things shaped up. She was very pleasant and helped me out. Also she informed me that my u box was in an accident in their parking lot so now that its been unloaded we are looking for any damage. This has been a horrible experience since it arrived in Florida.I would hope others have not gone through this. I will surly think twice about doing this again.

Shawn CRich runs a first rate operation at this Chatham NY UHaul location. He's been doing it for years and it shows. Equipment is clean, facility is well run and the whole experience is very efficient. Big fan of this place!
Charles WRich's Auto Service was thorough and professional so I don't have any suggestions about how to make that kind of service better!

Janice NI don't like your fill the tank to where it was at pick up. Impossible to accurately make that happen so I always overfill - add a bit more to the cost than when you had a fill till full policy. If it continues I'll rent elsewhere.

irja bI had way too many furniture pads. Maybe ask how many people want. I had mostly boxes, so I only used 2-3 inside large boxes for delicate items.
