I had to go and ask one of the attendants for help. They were both helping a good looking young lady put some boxes in her car. I waited about 5 minutes and went out to tehm again and asked for help. Finally got some help.

Waited in lobby for 20 min with no employee in sight
Brakes were tough to stop truck. Felt like a had to push my foot thru the floor board to stop the truck. Not good!!!!!
Drop the requirement for 2 phone numbers and an email. Allow just one phone number OR one email.
Brakes were not good. Hard to push extremely hard to get the truck to stop. Very difficult coming down a decline. Otherwise, no problems other than the 900?gallons of gas that I bought. Very helpful employees at both ends.
I was not treated at all professional. When I pulled in with Uhaul and car hauler I was told that I would have to drop off the car trailer at another location, then bring truck back. I told them I was notified via text the night before where to bring both items, and I also called before leaving to verify the location, the person at the Uhaul center just walked away when I told him that and tried slamming the door!! Not professional at all.
Make sure license plate is up to date before renting out. I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get a temporary tag, with no accommodation for my time. When I returned the trailer a day early, there was no credit given back because it was like 23 hours early instead of a full 24, but they should've owed me that hour anyway.
The young man working that day was wonderful
Have better signal for T-Mobil/Sprint carrier customers to make the 24/7 option more convenient so they don't have to walk out to the street to get good enough service to use the 24/7 option
Have used U-Haul for over 25 years. Quality has never wavered. Good friendly competent people who seem to enjoy what they do and do it very well. Keep doing what you do.
I can't think of anything else that needs to be done. The entire process was convenient and easy.

Clean the equipment better - it wasn't a disaster but somebody is not doing their job
It it not entirely the location's fault. I booked a reservation from Yuma to Phx. The truck was not available in Yuma. So I drove it from Phoenix to Yuma and then back to Phoenix and I was charged for extra miles that the Customer service rep said were free due to the inconvenience of having to drive the truck an extra 237 miles. I do have a problem with this location the attendants and manager were in the store (opens at 7 AM) before at like 630-640 AM. They left me to wait outside. I was told that is UHAUL Policy , which if treating your customer like trash is policy then you nailed it. Very poor experience, but the truck was clean. I would like to be reimbursed for the mileage from yuma back to PHX.
For a prior rental, your computer systems were down and you couldn't rent the truck that I had scheduled. You should have taken my information on paper and put it in the computer after the system was back up. For this current rental, the first truck you assigned to me had a completely flat tire. The service agent was great. He got me a new truck immediately. Was an overall good experience.
Customer service rep, young lady that worked the front desk there was very rude. She through the keys across the table and seemed irritated she had to help me. She didn't really explain the the drop off were I can go to completed that so I would not be charged the $20, I went on line to try to look for it and could not find it. The rep that booked the reservation on line was very helpful and had great customer service.
The truck radio didn't work right and steering was off a bit. Keefe was very helpful in the process.
