Arthur MThe location of the u-haul rental is great. The customer service was excellent as well. We rented from that location before. Very nice and professional each time. Makes the haul job much easier knowing that U-haul has the equipment!
ALFONSO HWindows were pretty dirty. Other than that everything went well.
JOHN BI arrived after normal business hours and was going to do a self drop off but a helpful staff member opened the gate for me and completed the check in process. Now this is great customer service.
