1. The pickup location was moved. I reviewed locations for best rating and UHaul moved it. 2. I preordered, checked in so I would not have to wait. I had to wait. I had to wait for 40 minutes while other people were slowly processed. What is the use of online check in?

This location needs cleaner, U-hauls.I was disappointed because the agent/customer service representative charged my credit card more than expected. However, I was reimbursed for the difference.

I made a truck reservation for a location close to my previous residence and chose the self-service option so the moving process could fit within the time window that I had available that day. The day before my move, I was extremely disappointed that my chosen location for pickup was moved to a location approximately 20 minutes farther away and at a later time than I had specifically reserved for. When I inquired as to why this change occurred, I was informed that the truck size wasn't available at my requested location, and therefore, could not utilize the self-service option either. The person I spoke with from the local Uhaul location gave me contact information for a coordinator at "Traffic," who I could then discuss these concerns with. I called the contact at Traffic, but never heard back from them, so I could not discuss my confusion, frustration, and concerns. My entire moving schedule had to be delayed by two hours because of this inconvenience, which then caused delays with previous work obligations I had for the rest of the day. In the past, I have used Uhaul for other moves; however, this change in scheduling and the services I had expected to receive will make an impact in my future decision-making process. I am extremely disappointed with my Uhaul experience for this move.

Not incorrectly bill me for gasoline as if the truck wasn't returned in the same condition it was given. It's not my responsibility to put the truck on full if it wasn't given to me that way.

After paying for the truck, we go outside to inspect it. I’m asked where the keys are, which I do not possess. When they’re finally found, the lady who checked me in hit the building while trying to pull the truck out for me. Lastly, when going to return the truck, Andy was calling me 10 minutes before I was supposed to have the truck back asking why I haven’t returned it, and where I was. When I returned the truck, he proceeded to advertise his auto service shop. The equipment was clean, but several damages still had not been marked. Nice enough people, but certainly not one of the better experiences I’ve ever had with uhaul.

Have more than one person in the shop, it took me over 45 minutes to get my truck, and I was the only person there. Know where things are. Be in the office, or at least have better directions on the door as to where you are. Cab interior of the truck was dirty. The guy was pretty easy to work with though

Where do I start? I have been to several Uhaul facilities. This one is by far the dirtiest of them all - if it were the only Uhaul facility, I would never rent another. There is chaos outside, as it is also a car repair facility, as well. Very unorganized. Inside, there it appears as hoarders work there. There is stuff everywhere. Also, there is a relatively friendly dog, which should be noted in case people are allergic. It also is infested with mice. Their droppings are everywhere. They live in the bathroom, in a hole in the wall. I had the unfortunate experience of using their bathroom facilities and saw one, along with several tablespoons of mouse feces. Filthy. Also, I am not sure why I even completed anything online prior to the reservation, because the lady who works there had to fill out EVERYTHING again. Slowly. Very slowly. In addition, there was MUCH that she did not explain, although we were in the office for quite a while and she certainly had the chance. When I returned the vehicle, no one was working. I completed the return, it attempted to charge me a cleaning fee. Unlike the facility in which I got the vehicle, I am very clean. It also attempted to charge me for 2 rental periods - a feature that neither online, nor the facility EVER explained. When I "clicked" the box that I did not agree, NO ONE contacted me and my card was charged anyway. I was never given any more information, clarification or even the decency of a conversation. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I have several friends who are moving in the future. I will be sure to relay my information. I would not recommend anyone to use Uhaul. I would not recommend anyone to even step foot in 2nd Opinion Car Service, for fear of encountering vermin.

Gentleman in the office seemed confused on exactly what we needed. He charged my card twice and said "oh whoops, that should be fixed in the next few days" just a very unprofessional place.

I rented a 12x6 cargo trailer brought it back after hours you have to lift it off hitch by hand . but the biggest problem I have is my bill was charged 15.00 for a clean up fee the only thing left in trailer was the moving blankets I rented . I have called them twice to day .left message once with in about four hours but no return call

The representative did not inform me that there would be mandatory two day rental. I only wanted it for about 6 hours total even though I was taking it around 100 miles. Never was I told it would be above the $29.95 price quoted. I wanted to leave the truck in Cincinnati. The rep at this location told me I had to rent it for two days and she would discount the second day. It was a mess and was there for about an hour trying to reach an agreement. I still had to pay $109 when I was quoted $29. I even left it in Cincinnati with over a quarter of a tank more of gas than I picked it up in. So misled. Is that a UHAUL thing of rental location thing?

My visit was very uncomfortable a huge dog approached me sniffing me and trying to lick me, that was not OK, I have allergies, the mileage was incorrect they tried to charge me $11 for insurance I didn't need and added it on without discussing it with me, I only used the truck for no more than 6 miles, the lady that worked there should not be there she is disable and couldn't do her job proberly, that was sad to me but she was trying. No I Will not be returning, I didn't like the atmosphere, bad experience.
