The employee in the office was rude. I had a truck scheduled for pick up and gave my name. Then he said that I did not have a reservation and when I started to talk, he cut me off and waved his finger at me saying, "before you even talk, there is nothing I can do. I do not have a 15 foot truck for you." Then I showed him my confirmational text message with the reservation number on it. Then he said, "You made this reservation just now didn't you?" in a very condesending tone. I replied, that I did not. The reservation was made a week in advance which was clear by the date I recieved the text. Then he finally took a look and saw that I did have a reservation. He did not apologize. He also had a sign at his desk that said, "make something idiot proof and there will always be a bigger idiot." Which is very unprofessional. He was rude for the entire interaction. I have never had such poor customer service before. To be treated so rudely on a very stressful moving day was upsetting and I will be warning everyone I know. I never write reviews and I had to stop my family members from calling to complain but people definitely need to know to not go there.
