Staff were helpful and accommodating but the trailer interior was not cleaned out.

I had dollies booked and paid for but they were not available for me. The staff that helped me knew he didn't have any but he billed me for it anyways and sent me on my way without even telling me that my order was short! I asked him about them and he was so dismissive about it. He walked away from me and waved me aside when I approached him at his desk! Thankfully I was able to speak with a lady that was very helpful. She listened, and even though she couldn't get me the dollies I needed, she gave helpful advice and made a note for the fees for the dollies that the first chap unjustly charged me for to be refunded. Good thing I checked the truck and noticed the dollies were not there and also that I was able to get dollies from another store. I may have been charged for losing the dollies I never got!
After booking a 15 foot uhaul for a 2pm pickup on a Friday for 24 hours I was told that the rental needed to be returned for 9am the next morning. Totally messed up my plans and I felt that the reservation shouldn't have been taken if there wasn't a truck available. Would not recommend.
Nothing it was a pretty stellar experience. Both guys that helped me were polite, quick and straightforward.

The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. But he was working alone as his associate called in sick and was scrambling and doing his best to assist everyone there. (We felt really bad for him). We arrived around 10am and didn't leave until 45+ minutes later as we had to wait for three other parties in front of us. Certainly not the fault of the customer service rep there. And not sure how this could have been avoided - perhaps on-call staff for busier days?
You need to make sure the trucks have winter tires. It is very difficult to drove the truck without winter tires at time kind if weather. That is what happened to me yesterday I got stucked for 4 hours due to poor tire on the truck that I Rented.
Everything was ready when I arrived in and out in no time
Clean the unit so it can be viewed properly. The ratchet straps were very difficult to operate.

I been a long time customer with uhaul. This is my first at this location. And it was the worst. They messed up on the mileage out at the time of rental and tried to say I drove more than 3 times what I actually drove. Thank god I took a picture of the mileage at the time before starting to drive. Also I reserved a dolly and a furniture dolly but they didn't have it at the time of my reservation. I had to buy one and pay out of pocket for a new one. Very bad customer service
We were charged an after hours convenience fee simply because we didn't happen to go into the app and complete a drop off process (something that the salesperson DID NOT MENTION upon rental of the vehicle). We were also charged for a dolly and a blanket - BOTH we did not use. I am unimpressed with the initial and post service from this branch.
I am not impressed with your company. Even though you guys are easy to use. Your rates are miss leading. I expected to pay only .89 per km. Then to find out you charge in miles because you are a US based company. So in the end are paying more then is advertised. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I didn't expect to pay what i did.
not enough staff i had to wait 2 hours to get a trailer and still have to return tye trailer by 6pm, and still wait till they load the trailer on my truck, and not enough information on what is needed on insurance
We were sent to this location because of a late return at Blackfoot. I will always use this location in future. Service was smooth and good!
Took over an hour to pick up a trailer. Seemed to be understaffed until I saw 2 extra people come out to help with an issue. Why can't the online check in be more comprehensive. Then I would just have to see someone outside and pick it up.

Employees called in sick so only one customer service rep. The UHAUL computer system was down. The lady behind the desk was trying her best but it ws not a happy experience for me.
We waited for an hour to pick up our reserved trailer. Stood in line for an hour while there were only two people in line ahead of us. Two girls at the desk. One disappeared for about half an hour. As we're finally paying and getting paperwork they're like â€œoK back at 3:30?â€ No that's when we were to pick up at 9:30. It now 10:30!! They told one couple that there wasn't room to drop off there truck at their destination in Red Deer. She actually asked them if they were OK with dropping it off in Edmonton. Two hrs away! After a move!!! The dude outside hooking us up sauntered around like he was on vacation. â€œOh I forgot the electrical cordâ€. Slowly shuffle back in the shop. Shuffle out. It was horribly painful.
The best company
Trailer has a gash on the side which had been noted by uhaul as a quick claim sticker was present. I didn't expect this small tear to cause me any issue but upon the completion of my trip all my content was soaked due to water leaking in from the cut. In retrospect I should have asked for another trailer or used duct tape to fix the gash.
I'm extremely happy with the customer service that I received. I did not know that this location existed but I was denied from another location due to dropping off my truck late a couple times in the past and I'm so glad that I was as my experience was so much better than in the past. This will be the location that I go to and rent from in the future. It was awesome I was provided excellent customer service by Maria McKay. She was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I'm appreciative and very satisfied with my experience. Keep doing what you're doing no improvements necessary, in my opinion.
We rented the 26ft uHaul for 2 days, in Calgary. Day one we got stuck in the snow/ice more than once. Finally we had to call a tow truck and pay $250 to get us out. I called Uhaul to complain about the bald tires and the truck not being equipped for Canadaâ€˜s winter weather. The woman told me I should have called U-Haul roadside assistance and I would not have had to pay for the tow truck. She said in a very condescending voice that I should've checked my contract. Day 2. We got really stuck, again. I called U-Haul roadside assistance I waited on hold for a very long time. I received text messages that U-Haul was checking quotes. Finally U-Haul called me with a quote from a third-party. It turned out, we had to pay for the U-Haul anyways even though we called roadside assistance. WTH????? Uhaul is a sheister, lowlife company. In The middle of winter, in Canada, they are sending out trucks with bald tires claiming they are all season, which they are not and taking no responsibility or accountability for the repercussions. Complete BULLSHIT.
