trailer lug nuts were all in need of tightening and one tire only had ten pounds air pressure serviced it myself and trip was fine thankyou.
I came to pick up my reserved truck on time and had to wait an hour before I left with my rental. There were approximately 12 people in line with, at times, one employee working. There was two working but not always there. Those same employees were the ones to go and retrieve your rental as well. Multiple customers left as the line was barley moving and they were clearly annoyed. Both employees (one being the General manager) stated that this was because the location was new and wasn't set up quite yet. If this is the case why are people being sent here? I had people lined up and waiting for me for over 45min because I was so late. Since it took me an hour to get the truck and then another 15min to drive to my house. I was also asked to take pictures of any damage on the truck not marked by an X. There was damage all over this truck not marked by an X. I told the employee I should not have to be responsible for taking pictures of the entire truck and wasting even more time to upload these photos. This was a horrible experience but one that I and many of my acquaintances have come to expect from UHaul

Out of your control really, but maybe a better parking allocation. Otherwise great location and service.
Maybe having an office tee hat isn't part of the repair shop they were spray painting a truck and the office front area smelt like spray paint and for someone that's sensitive to chemicals like me that wasn't a good place for me to go into
The tires were very bald and not suitable for winter.... we ended up getting stuck three times on a residential street.
Location was under renovation so was unorganized. Staff was wonderful but had a far way to walk to get us set up. Trailer was dirty and smelled bad inside. You need more staff at this location.
PLEASE FIX YOUR 'SMART PHONE RETURN' PROCESS. When I rented the vehicle I was told to return it using the smart phone return process, since the location would be closed when I returned. When I tried using the return function I spent 90 minutes battling with the application, with no success. I then called customer service for assistance, where I was placed on hold & transferred SIX TIMES to other agents, with nobody trying in the least to help me. Totally disgusted with your pathetic return process and vowing never to rent from U-Haul ever again, my evening/sanity was saved by Sarah_Pickle (@uhaul.com). Where none of the previous six customer agents were willing to help me, Sarah went out of her way to acknowledge my frustration/anger with the return process.Then, unable to help me like the other agents were supposed to do, Sarah wrote & placed a note in my lease file along with the vehicle photos I sent her, to explain my issues returning the vehicle. Sarah then assured me the matter would be looked after the next business day. Sarah deserves huge kudos for her professionalism and dedication to help U-Haul customers, even though this was not her area of expertise. I sincerely wish I had the names of the earlier useless agents who did nothing to help me - they all should be reprimanded for their apathy and laziness.
Stood in line for an hour (only 3 people ahead of me) due to only one employee working to help every person with their rental. Once checked in the particular rental I needed was not yet returned and there was no back ups. I ended up with the smaller rental. This location was extremely unorganized and understaffed. The one employee dealing with everyone was helpful and great.

The staff was great. The place is brutal.... not a great way to portray your brand. They didnâ€™t even have water so the staff was using portable toilets.
Had to drive a great distance to this location. Was given this info just days before.

They werenâ€™t ready, the truck had no fuel, the tires were suitable for winter roads... not a great overall impression.
The only issue I had was that I had to travel to a different location than the one I had reserved for a truck.

Do not make me wait in line over one hour. Do not give me a truck with a broken transmission where I waste anther 45 minutes getting a replacement truck.
