The customer service I received upon returning the vehicle was terrible. The young man waiting on me gave the impression that he didn't want to be there and gave off a bad attitude. But other than that, the experience was ok overall.

Ok, my overall experience was horrible!!! I reserved a truck for 9am for 7/1. Went I went to pick up truck at 880 Fillmore, I was told they have no trucks available until 5pm. I asked how is that possible and the guy basically said it's my problem not his and told me to contact whoever I made reservation with. I called the store I made reservation with and they transferred me to scheduling. Scheduling was able to find me a truck I could pick up at 1030am but it was a much smaller truck which was ok at 1748 Main St, which they made the situation better but I just feel like bcz of the inconvenience we should've been offered a discount or maybe even some money returned because you guys were wrong and tried to place blame on me.

I appreciate the fact that I had the truck for 24 hours versus 4 hours or 6 hours for other companies that gave me the opportunity to work without being stressed or rushed I was done in 8 hours please use the U-Haul

Do not have a call center appointment setter in another state set up customer rentals ... Every site should have its own hometown-based 24 hr center better more efficient service will be delivered...

It wasn't the location that gave me a terrible experience, it was the customer service center. I stayed on the phone for an hour after my reservation was incorrect and ruined my plans. Uhaul appears to be understaffed and incapable of handling the call volume.

I recommend the detailER not use a water hose to clean the cab of the truck. The seats were socked and I had a long drive. When I pulled up I seen the guy with the hose spraying the truck I did not think I was getting in it. But all in all ppl complain about this place I think they are all great.

Horrible experience! This location needs help or better management. The cashier/ manager was extremely slow moving. Waited 45 mins for our uhaul with only 2 people in front of us and we had a reservation. We asked and paid for a dolly and never received. Attempted to call the location for a refund twice and spoke to management about it and said “I’ll take care of it.” A week later still no refund. Attempted to go to location for refund of dolly we never received and waited in line for 30 mins to still no get sistatuon resolved with only 1 person in front of me. Uhaul we received had transmission light on the entire time. Driving it was completely unsafe. Why is the customer service agent/cashier seating when providing service for the customers the entire time. Wait time is the worst. Please provide customer service training, computer traning and more customer service providers to work the registers. This location needs help!

the fuel level was indicated incorrectly when I picked the track first. Too bad I noticed it only while already driving. Put gas and got charged!
