The check engine light was on when I started it up and remained on. It made me wonder if maintenance is not being done on the vehicles at this location. It felt like the transmission was slipping in first gear. I did alert the clerk upon return, I had to keep this one because it was the only van and I had an emergency situation. I am not upset, I just want to make sure that corporate knows so this location can get some help. Also, when trying to return the vehicle with the 24 hr service on the website the website kept freezing and after 4 tries I gave up and just went inside to return the keys.Andrew W.
The man working was very rude and tried to make me feel dumb when I had questions about a dolly. I also requested to rent a dolly online prior to picking them up and he said that none were available... when there were 3 outside...? They were there when I left and still there when I got back... Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location to others.Tyler A.

Mobile drop-off was a little bit long, but I get how it actually helps the customer by submitting photos. A few others couldn't access the location and were roadblocked by that. should have option for selecting the location manually if it is not able to detect.Michael B.

I did not love that any services or requests I want to make to uhaul are only successful if I go through the website. I never spoke to a human being. When I called customer service, I was on hold for so long on the phone, I gave up, and out of desperation went to the online service. When I tried that I was able to get someone within 25 mins. or less. Or I didn't get anyone at all, I just used the website. It was quite frustrating to go through that, especially when I just had simple questions. If uhaul does not have real ppl to answer customer concerns they should say so, it would save a of time and effort.Veayla W.

The truck I received needed it's battery replaced it died and I was not able to start it. I looked at the battery when I opened the hood and it was approximately 9 years old. Because the battery died it took a couple hours for roadside assistance to come and start the truck. Because it took a couple hours I was charged for an additional day of having the truck which I feel like is not fair.Oliver M.
This started with excellent service, however, it changed. The manager changed my reservation, which I didn't ask for, I gave my military identification, which was not entered. I called later to extend my time and was informed and received text regarding new time to turn in, also I was informed the cost would still remain the same. However, when I turned in the morning I was charged for 2 days and I found out my military discount was not credited, the contract was put into my son's name and I was charged for 2 days. I reminded the clerk that when I picked up the computer system was not working and I had to wait. I arrived at 1230, and never left until 2 pm, which my pickup was changed by the manager for 1245 pm. Although the clerk went over my contract and pointed everything out and made the changes needed. So with that being said, I truly appreciate the gentleman that completed my contract, however, in the future no matter who is doing the inputting perhaps if there is attention to detail then the reviews would be better all around.Mario C.
