The truck I received needed it's battery replaced it died and I was not able to start it. I looked at the battery when I opened the hood and it was approximately 9 years old. Because the battery died it took a couple hours for roadside assistance to come and start the truck. Because it took a couple hours I was charged for an additional day of having the truck which I feel like is not fair.Oliver M.
This started with excellent service, however, it changed. The manager changed my reservation, which I didn't ask for, I gave my military identification, which was not entered. I called later to extend my time and was informed and received text regarding new time to turn in, also I was informed the cost would still remain the same. However, when I turned in the morning I was charged for 2 days and I found out my military discount was not credited, the contract was put into my son's name and I was charged for 2 days. I reminded the clerk that when I picked up the computer system was not working and I had to wait. I arrived at 1230, and never left until 2 pm, which my pickup was changed by the manager for 1245 pm. Although the clerk went over my contract and pointed everything out and made the changes needed. So with that being said, I truly appreciate the gentleman that completed my contract, however, in the future no matter who is doing the inputting perhaps if there is attention to detail then the reviews would be better all around.Mario C.

I rented it to travel from buffalo to albany ny, I ask if it was able to travel down thru way. The gentle man said yes it was and I should be fine. I left the parking lot took the first turn to discover it had a speed limit of 55mph. That was never disclosed to me about the speed limit As well as I don't know why you would ever rent a trailer to travel down the thruway to someone when there is a speed limit that is below the regulated limit of speed to travel down the road. I was very discussed with the attitude I got from the gentleman in Buffalo who has no Customer service skills. Very unknlowledgeable about the situation. I would recommend he be retrained and I would recommend you change the axel on every travel.to.atleast be able to handle 65mph. Every other time I have every used your services you have been amazing. This time was a horrible experience and if I had to base my opinion on this experience and not the others I would rate u a 1 out of 10.Michael S.

I went to the location on Perry St first and the lights didn't work on the rental. They sent me to Main St, and the associate was training a new person. The associate didn't seem like he cared to be there (not the new guy) and he wasn't very personableRobin P.
I had a reservation for 12. I called several times before my scheduled reservation to change the reservation time only to be hung up on 6 times before I could speak to anybody. I got to the store, they told me my reservation was cancelled and the new quote went from $90 to $150. Truck was reserved until 10pm. We returned it at 10pm. Somehow got charged $222!!!Mark J.

I paid for a dolly but it wasn't in the truck when they brought the truck up, I then had to wait for another 10 minutes for them to go get it. The worker at the front desk was texting on his way to go get it, which I assume is why it took so long to get. 24/7 share pickup online thing does not really work. The website kept crashing (required two, very good/new phones to finally get through ) and it was timing out repeatedly. Took almost an hour standing alone in a dark parking lot for it to work. No one answered the 1-800; I was on hold for 30 minutes. Also didn't tell me in advance to bring a passport or lease or have someone waiting to answer a phone call? I watched your video for the process to prepare in advance (not accurate). Got a phone call and got hung up on. Apparently it worked but terrible and non-communicative process. Not an acceptable process at all. Cut my work requiring the truck short so I could return while open and not get fined $20 for your non working website. Will definitely actively discourage anyone from trying this process. No fault of the physical site, completely the website and misleading info.Natalie C.

My truck pickup was 9 a.m. on a Saturday. I had checked in online the previous day, but still needed to wait in line to complete the transaction. There was only 1 person working at a clearly busy day/time, I waited 20+ minutes and there were 4-5 people in line when I left. I would suggest having 2 people on staff during predictably busy times.David T.
