The service was great. I have no complaints re: the staff at ClearHome. They were helpful & attentive. My issue is with U-Haul itself. I have used U-Haul many times, but I probably will not use again. $85.00 for 15 extra miles is absolutely ridiculous.

Very attentive and friendly staff

LATISHA FChecking in for pick-up was not a good experience. I was not notified in advance that the U-Haul Center would not be open when I arrived to pick up the truck. It was after numerous calls to the customer service center when I was finally told what was required. Several agents were not able to help or just wouldn't go the extra to help me with accessing the truck. I was never told that it was required to download the app in order to obtain the code to the lockbox. The business was closed and locked so I had no access to Wi-Fi and I could not download the app. I had to leave the premises and go to McDonald's to download the app, then come back just to access the key box. Also, the truck I had reserved was partially blocked leaving minimal room to maneuver around other trucks and trailers. I had to physically move a trailer to avoid impact and then I had to move it back. Thanks
