Tommy A.I was charged for 3 days instead of 2. I returned the equipment within 48 hours. My debit card was charged twice. I was also charged more than I was quoted for Safe Tow. The first place I had a reservation at had defective equipment. The lights did not work. I made it clear I would only need the tow dolly for 2days. The live chat said it would take 3 days for a “resolution “. I think this is poor service. I am not happy. Only time will tell if I get my money back.
