The building was a wreck. Water damage causing the roof to fall in and water everywhere inside. However, the man working was very polite and helpful.

The operator at this location was unprofessional. He didn't know what he was doing and didn't even know how to use his own computer. I had to type my information on his computer because he didn't know what to do. I was supposed to bring the truck back at 5. when i got to the location before 5 he left a sign that said he would be there at 5:30. we waited for close to an hour after 5:30 and he never showed. this building is moldy, holes in the floor, ceiling tiles hanging, he had his laundry hanging up in the building, no ac in this building, and so many other horrendous things. people have left reviews on google about this place and even pictures to confirm what i am saying in this review but nothing has been done. this must change, if corporate was to come in and look at this building you guys would be displeased. he is making u-haul as a company look bad. i normally use u-haul for when i move bit after this incident with this operator, i'm not sure i will come back.

We’ve used this location several times to move items around from storage to home (very short local moves less than 10 miles) - we’ve never had a problem getting a truck for an hour or two at the last minute. The gentleman at the One Stop are always helpful & courteous.

I was charged for using a dolly even though I never did. The “tie” I supposedly broke to use it was never attached obviously because i never broke the tie. They wouldn’t listen to me that it was already broken so charged me anyways. My advice is to check everything before you drive off in it. While it’s only $7 they charged me I was charged for something I didn’t use. My question is how many other people are they charging for “the broken tie” that never was attached in the first place.

We asked for a 26ft. Were given a 20ft. Then, instead of giving us 24hrs, we had to have it back in 21hrs and they didn't even offer a discount. The main uhaul hub would not either. Very poor customer service. Will never use again.

The clerk was very friendly and i enjoy the service. But the store was dirty, dust everywhere, bad smell, ceiling falling off The fact there was no a/c made the smell was even worse.I could not wait to leave the store. I would recommend the store to be cleaned and needs good repair. I honestly would not recommend that store to any friend. I was in shock when i first walked in and could not believe my eyes.When customers walk in, they need to feel like they are actually in a U-Haul store not something else. Thanks

Improve everything about your customer service. I rented a 10' with a tow behind trailer at first. Told the lady I spoke with that I had 2 kids traveling with me and she said great. Rented the truck went to step in and realized that it wasn't going to work because there were 2 available seats. That's when this turned into the worse experience ever. It was 7 per the time I was told to pick it up, everyone was closed had to pack that night and noone on the phone was doing any good. Spend over 1:30 with CS. I ended up hanging up on them because it wasn't getting me anywhere but more upset. I had to rent a 26' trailer and travel over 600 miles with it. Gas ate up my cash 260$ worth of it. Plus the extra I had to pay for the bigger trailer. If it had not been for the store owner I would've been on the phone for 2 more hours of getting tossed around and people not helping me whatsoever.

Took almost 2 hours to rent vehicle. Insurance was charged to me. I was transferred 8 times to various people to cancel before my card was charged but the man who already had my card wouldn’t allow me to fix it before he ran the card.. so I was charged an extra $150 for insurance I I’d t want. Missed a hour of moving with movers cause of it. Changed my pick up location 3 minutes before my scheduled pick up. Man wouldn’t even hook up trailer to truck. I had to. He said it’s against policy for him to touch any equipment after I signed docs. He wouldn’t even tell me how. Missed a hour of moving service and was charged 2. Cockroaches in truck. (Yes I have pictures) went back to get my car and man told me he can’t talk to me cause his area manager called him twice to complain about me and the mess I’m creating. Because of the 2 1/2 hour delay I missed closing on my house and had to pay and extra $1500 (can be proven) missed a hour worth of moving cause I paid for 2. Because I had to move the tow trailer by myself (at the 1st truck pick up) and hook up to truck even when I told the man I didn’t know how to. I now have damage. Not only to my car but damage done to my left arm.

Bad mold problem due to the Ceiling falling through with wet insulation hanging down above your head while you’re trying to rent a truck. Place is Very hazardous and should be checked out. Have felt sick since being inside that store. Please listen and go check this location out!

The building is leaking everywhere. It was way too lengthy of a process, and when we came to return the key the owner had stepped out and didn't return until way past what time he said he'd be back. Poor customer service. Actual van was great.
