Barbara H.The self serve app is AWFUL! IT did not work for pickup nor drop off and kept getting stuck. We were picking up just after hours and we're so grateful that there was still someone there who was kind and helpful to get us the truck we needed at BG Towing. Please fix your app. Moving is stressful enough without the hurdle of a clunky tech that gets stuck on pages. My cell service is 100% fine in this location for everything else so that was not the issue.
