John is the best owner/operator of a UHAUL location I have encountered (and I have rented vans and trucks well over a dozen times in 3 states since 2015). John was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I can't thank John enough for his kindness, compassion and service. UHAUL should be honored to have such an amazing owner/operator as part of the organization.
