When arriving to pick up my uhual they stated that they didn't have a truck for me & told me to call uhual. while i was on the call, they told me that they figured it out. they said that the person who has the truck was supposed to return it the night before but didn't. so they resigned me to the other truck that they had. upon pick up, the photos provided were of a completely different truck than the one i received, but the license plates matched. i was on a short time frame & had to use the truck, but this truck was not safe to drive & should be looked at & repaired before re-issuing. the passenger side mirror is shattered & the driver side mirror spins in a 360° every time you break. making it so that you have to roll the window down to turn it back. very disappointed with this experience.
