They charged me twice for the truck rental. U-Haul refuses to get my money back in my bank account. This company instantly takes my money but takes 5 business days to deposit it back. You all are in error and did nothing to fix it, a complete failure. This whole renting process stuck of diarrhea. This was the WORST truck rental experience in my life!

This location was beyond unprofessional. I was told the wrong information and ultimately felt swindled. The entire moving process went from easy, which I usually expect from Uhaul, to a total nightmare and utter inconvenience. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Thanks for your help in making my move easier. By being flexible you assisted me greatly in arriving on time to collect the u-haul trailer which was a good distance away.

Truck I rented had a check engine light on, and didn’t steer straight at all. Facility did not have the equipment that I paid for (dolly, furniture pads). Staff could. Or communicate well and didn’t seem to know how the rental process worked at all.

We had a reservation & yet we had to wait almost an hour (literally, no exaggeration) to get our truck. It took 15-20 min for someone to even come wait on us. Then, took a VERY long time to do the processing, then their printer wouldn't print a receipt. It was just horrible!

I have rented several uhaul vehicles before, and this was by far the worst vehicle I have ever been given. I have noticed that much of the uhaul fleet is old and outdated. I was only moving 1.2 miles away, but was concerned about my belongings due to the horrible ride of the vehicle. I did have some customer service issues, but as of right now, they are resolved. I am waiting to see if I actually get my $50 credit promised me.

The place was hard to find; but, the folks there were terrific and very helpful.

The location operator was helpful, but the location itself was difficult to identify from the highway. We saw the used U-Haul vehicles (with signage removed), but thought he was just a dealer for used trucks since there were no U-Haul signs on the facility or premises facing the highway. There was another facility wtth U-Haul trailers & signs a block down the road; so we had to pull in, call for directions, then negotiate 2 u-turns on the 4 lane highway to get back to the right place.

I made the reservation on-line. I arrived and met Mike to help me with the reservation. He was so nice and helpful! I highly recommend this U-Haul location.

We drove to three different locations because our trailer kept getting rented out from under us. We made reservations almost a month in advance! We did not even have a uhaul in tow until 6:45 of the promised day!!! Very stressful and left a bad taste in our mouths!!! Never again!

There are no signs indicating where the office is. All the equipment is located in a large fenced area with an open drive, but the office is located on an adjacent lot separated by a fence. You have to drive from one to the other. It took me 20+ minutes to find the office.

The entire experience was very disappointing. I reserved the truck (26 ft) I needed weeks prior to our move to be ready for our big day. On the day before our move I find out that I will have to go to another town to pick up the truck because there is nothing in Arlinton, Texas (pretty big city). I drive to the other location (40 minutes) only to be told that they don't have a truck and that the previous u-haul representative I had talked to made a mistake. They told me I could drive to another town (45 min away) and get a 20 ft truck. Much less than what I needed. When I finally arrived at the location the store clerk was in the middle of a very heated exchange with another customer very much like my situation. Once they helped me she was very distracted and seemed uninterested in helping me. To make matter worse I have been overcharged for the rental of the smaller truck. I am expected to have more bad customer service when I call in to address this situation. I would not recommend u-haul to anyone based on my experiences. It is sad that your company couldn't see that a family move is a big day and treat it as such. Please feel free to contact me if you want additional details.
