When arriving to pick up my uhual they stated that they didn't have a truck for me & told me to call uhual. while i was on the call, they told me that they figured it out. they said that the person who has the truck was supposed to return it the night before but didn't. so they resigned me to the other truck that they had. upon pick up, the photos provided were of a completely different truck than the one i received, but the license plates matched. i was on a short time frame & had to use the truck, but this truck was not safe to drive & should be looked at & repaired before re-issuing. the passenger side mirror is shattered & the driver side mirror spins in a 360Â° every time you break. making it so that you have to roll the window down to turn it back. very disappointed with this experience.Allanah T.

I told the man that I didn't think I could back up the truck with the tow on it. He seemed annoyed that he had to try. He didn't get off his phone the whole time and almost cut the truck in half by not paying attention. I finally said I would do it and then he tried to tell me how while still on his phone. Woman was nice but also too busy on the phone and with others. I just wanted to leave asap.Melinda S.

The agent pushed reservation back too far so I could not use the truck share so has to use the agent which I think was a teenager and he was so slow and smelled. This caused me to have to take an alternate route because traffic was horrible by the time he finished checking the truck out.Nathaniel W.

This location worked out well. The previous location Marathon/ Hiram GA did not. They rented the unit reserved by me out from under me. The attendant said so sorry we only hold for 30 minutes. I wasn't lateWillard W.

It was a bit hard to see the sign from the busy road. Luckily, we saw the truck, which confirmed that we were at the right location. Our GPS had a hard time picking up the exact location, so we missed the entrance the first time.James H.
A lot of playing on property. Was not provided a copy of the rental agreement before it had been purchased. I was told a different rate per mileage then actually charged! Would not recommend! Also charged for a blown tire on property even though I had insurance added on for instances as such!brentn S.

The check-in process took too long. It was as if he was unfamiliar with the system. Also, he could not tell me what the insurance covered. My return process seemed to go ok until I received the invoice with an extra day of charges. The person handled my return did not enter it into the system until several hours after I left. I tried the multiple phone numbers listed for this business but the number had to change and was not listed. I went back right before they closed to just to be told that I had to call a number to get the extra day refunded. I called the number I was given but it did not at all seem like a business. I was assured that I would receive a refund and email confirmation. That was last night (2/17 at approx. 7 PM) and I have not received an email as of 2/18 at 4 PM. I will NEVER use this location again. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS...I DID NOT AND I REGRET IT!!Menya C.

They were perfect. I pulled up on them and lucky they had one available. The service was excellent and fast. I only used it for a couple of hours and brought it right back. If I need a U-Haul again i will most definitely be going back.gregory G.

They charged me twice for the truck rental. U-Haul refuses to get my money back in my bank account. This company instantly takes my money but takes 5 business days to deposit it back. You all are in error and did nothing to fix it, a complete failure. This whole renting process stuck of diarrhea. This was the WORST truck rental experience in my life!Jason M.
This location was beyond unprofessional. I was told the wrong information and ultimately felt swindled. The entire moving process went from easy, which I usually expect from Uhaul, to a total nightmare and utter inconvenience. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.JAZMYN S.

Truck I rented had a check engine light on, and didn't steer straight at all. Facility did not have the equipment that I paid for (dolly, furniture pads). Staff could. Or communicate well and didn't seem to know how the rental process worked at all.Kalvin F.
