Derek was very helpful, poor guy was overwhelmed by little help given to him by the people online. But he got the rental finally through that was prepaid for..I did have to $5.56 there..but at that point I had no more patience that was not his fault bit Mariahs at Sweeten locations fault who was supposed to be open as Derek said and had approximately 5 more people coming in after us from the same location. Derek should receive recognition for all the trouble he went through because of Mariah's foul up and not being open.

The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and hooked the trailer on well and quickly, even noticing a problem with our hitch and fixing it. Glad she was there to help!!

They charged me for 2 days and some damage. I drove only 5 miles I didn't get any damage.

The online system for accessing the key did not work. The key was not in the box described. Called the G.M. twice as workers were cleaning up saying they wouldn't be able to help (this was immediately after closing). G.M. responded on the second call and called the staff to then help us. Keys hadn't been placed in the place the online system indicated. Whole process took nearly an hour, was offered no recompense for our lost time (which did matter because we had to pick up furniture prior to store closing - thankfully we made it in the nick of time!).

Driver's side visor broken and hanging down with no way to fully keep it out of the windshield. Wasn't apparent when we were checking out the truck but was a dangerous detail that needs to be repaired. If we had been renting this truck long distance it would have caused us to need to change trucks once we saw the problem.

This was our second trip to Uhaul that day because the first place we tried to pick up the truck was closed even though online it was “open 7 days”. It was a very frustrating experience! The associate at the next location was very helpful and easy to work with, but when all was said and done, we spent over 2 hours getting the truck.

I wasn't aware of the zip ties that were supposed to be on the dolly and stuff in the back of the truck. I didn't use those tools, but because someone at Uhaul failed to put them on the tools, i was almost charged for them, even though I didn't use them. I would get rid of that option all together, or be more transparent about the use of the tools, how it works, etc. I should not have even had to talk about being charged for those items. Or make checking the zip ties part of the vehicle checklist.

I rented what was supposed to be a 17' box truck and was not told that part of that 17' is the "attic" space. I expected to and needed to get a full 17' box truck. This is false advertising. Please do a better job of at least explaining to your customers what they are getting!

Would be nice to know how to turn off in-tow feature as I thought something was wrong with the truck as it was down shifting. Loved the feature of self check-in.

The staff could be more helpful. I asked for assistance in finding my van and I was told to just find it myself and I asked for a cargo van and they had me a truck. When I asked to make a change, they where not pleased and said they would have to do the process over again and was clearly upset..

Trouble initially with the reservation. Y'all made a change, texted my home phone (can't receive texts). So, I had no idea when I arrived to pick up the trailer that my reservation had been moved to another county. Fortunately, there was a trailer available in Asheville, and after a brief delay, I was on my way. Trailer worked great, return was quick and easy. Rough on the front end of the transaction, smooth for the rest.

Had to wait in line first thing in the morning. More customer service representatives, that don't have to leave the counter to move vehicles etc. might cut down on the wait time for customers.
