You need more agents to handle the volume of customers. Generally only saw one person servicing customers lined up 5 deep. Seems to take an extra long time to set up a rental on site, even though previously made on line reservationl.

This was such a terrible experience. The truck had so much damage there were barely any areas left to circle. The employees were really rude to me when I had to change a local rental for a one way. I called reservations several times and they were not helpful. I had to call 3 times to get a final receipt. You have lost a customer from this experience.

The location was completely under staffed. Wait time is way to long caused by lack of staff. Between the last time I rented from this location and this time they reduced number of customer stations. The employees were almost bothered by the customers. I will look for another location next time I need to rent a vehicle.

My comments are an overhaul opinion of U-Haul. While this location met my standards, the overall experience was more hassle than one sure endure for a fairly simple task. The availability of vehicles from Kernersville to Asheville (covering nearly half the state) was underwhelming. One location was out completely (a larger vendor). While others either couldn't pick up a phone or were not properly staffed to where we could get the truck on their lot...pretty pathetic. One location has just ended their contract because of the bad business plan that left them usually left them in a situation not good for them or potential customers. I don't think I would personally use you all. I would recommend you all as an option with an disclaimer. Also, your app and "Return Vehicle" process combined with lack of staff (or any human of any sort near) ended up costing me an extra forty dollars because the process tool me past one o'clock. How great is it for you when I am inconvenienced and you get an more of my money? Works wonders for you all at U-Haul. Your company has been around a long time. Perhaps it is getting to the point of too long looking at how difficult it was to rent and return.

They were slow as crap idk if they were short staffed or what but I waited about 1 hour to check a truck in there were several other customers there that was a little agitated about how long they were having to wait

They had to deal with no paperwork due to the mess created by renting location. Had to spend several minutes on the phone straightening that fiasco out. Did an excellent job and were professional.

I reserved a hand truck, but there was not one in the truck. Also, this location does not allow you to park your car there while you are using the truck. I had to park it across the road off the side of the curb which is not an approved parking area according to the city. I was worried I would get ticketed or towed. When I returned, it was around 10:30 at night and the area where I had to park was dark and unsupervised. However, the parking lot at the UHaul place had plenty of spaces. I am not sure why they don't let truck renters park there? I would recommend finding somewhere that will let you park your car there. I don't know if I will get a refund for the hand truck or not.

Customer Service was awful. I rent trucks often and often from uhaul, I have never had such a bad experience. I was left waiting for a long period of time, treated poorly, and met with employees lacking experience to give me timely service.

I came back to pick up my auto transporter after hours like I told them i would and the rep said that he would have it waiting but when i came back to hook it up it was blocked in by another huge trailer. Thank goodness I worked for U Haul years ago and was able to hook up the trailers and quickly move the equipment around. If that would have been my wife, it would not have been a good for her. Just have them keep the check out equipment

The customer service people left my boyfriend as he was asking questions and proceeded to leave. By the time he got the lock box open (without any help or assistance) he found that they forgot to leave the keys in there for him. We had been coustomers here in the past and had no issues but we’re surprised at how negligent the staff was this past week.

There was an extreme lack of information given to us on where to drop off our uhaul and where to go. So we waited around for about 30 minutes to be told what to correctly do. There was a huge lack of staff on the premises. There was no information given to us about our storage unit so we did not know that our unit was going to be on the second floor. Just very poor experience in total and would not want to use this location again.

We arrived at 5:20 to pick up our trailer for a 5:30 reservation. There was a line of five people and no one from Uhaul was in the building. Finally only one person began working the reservation desk. He was very patient and took his time with each customer, but another staff member was needed. He made reservations, checked equipment, returned equipment, and answered questions about storage units. It was too much. It took us 50 minutes to pick up our trailer. Then we got home and realized that the furniture pads were not in the trailer and had to go back. More employees are needed at this location. The trailer worked well and the online return process was easy. Please provide extra staff at this location, especially on the weekends.

First the customer service sucks. All the info was mine (Angelica Ingram) and but my dad who was only suppose to be the driver was switched over to the customer. Even though this happened I signed the contract and my credit card was on file. Every time I called they would talk to me about the info and if my dad would have called he couldn’t verify anything because he didn’t make the reservation. After getting 3 holds on my account totaling 259.06 I was charged for using the pads and dolly that I never used. When I told the lady she basically said I would have had to use it or I wouldn’t have been charged. I then stated why would I use it but state on the contract I wouldn’t need it that makes no sense. And all of this is after they stated I never turned the truck in in the first place. I will never rent a uhaul from this site again! And mind u I am still waiting in a response about being over charged 22.20.

Have more people checking in customers at this location. There was quite a long line to pick up equipment. That said, they have a great selection of truck and trailer sizes. Their hours of operation are great too.
