The people and truck were all good. Your online reservation system and mobile pick up is the worst I have ever used. The rental was fine. The rental experience was awful. I wasted over an hour, on three different calls, trying to rent this truck. I'll have to try someone else next time.

Charged me $20 for a after hours fee and I had no prior knowledge of it. I picked the truck at 3pm and returned it at 6:15pm! I'm definitely contesting that. Very unprofessional!

I have rented from there before and it was fine. This time the truck was dirty, roach carcasses in the cab. I had to clean it to drive it. Big concern especially with COVID. I also prepaid the truck and furniture pads. The pads were not with the truck. It was an after hours pick up and I could not get someone on the phone. We ended up taking the furniture pads from a storage area at the facility. It should have been with the truck

Mr. Frazer at EzMissions was super friendly, he answered all of my questions during pickup and upon return. The van and the appl dolly worked like a charm - powerful and helpful. I only wish there would be couple hours more for our moving, but that's because of 1st te mobile pickup wasn't smooth and took 1 hour instead of 10 minutes. This is not an EzMissions fault.
