Your on line app was an awful experience. In trying to check in it got stuck on the payment piece and would not access the camera for DL. . I tried a number of times and got charged 4 times. Not good. On check out it would not access my camera so you charged me $20 extra for after hours check out not on the app. If your going to put an app out put out one that has no chance at all to have issues. Very frustrating.

This is the first time I rented a U-Haul and it was easy to do so. I didn't get stressed out like signing documents or whatsoever. However, the car faintly smelled like piss. I used my own Lysol wipes to wipe down the steering wheel, the two seats. the dashboard, the seat belts, etc. Still faintly smelled like piss. Overall, good experience

Key drop box did not look too secure. Maybe a camera at the location or a locked drop box. Felt like someone could grab a key if they really tried. But overall great location and great service!

Truck was not clean: dust everywhere, crumbs everywhere. I get it's a moving truck and not a personal vehicle, but the truck also smelled like a dirty sock. I'd recommend more frequent UHAUL cleaning (not renter cleaning) to ensure proper sanitation and safety for your renters. That was gross.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. Upon arrival, the employee wanted me to back the trailer into a very tight space. I couldn't, and I told him this. He responded that I could take it somewhere else then. I told him I would call Uhaul corporate, he said "OK", so I did. They got ahold of the owner, who contacted this employee to accept the trailer. After waiting a while longer, the employee then made it apparent he was annoyed with me and was rude and belittling. This was an absolutely awful experience and nobody should have to deal with this. I would like a call about this poor experience from Uhaul.

I had international driving license, the app is asking whole bunch of document like passport photocopy and all that, which I was not aware at all. I had to take help of my friend who had local driving license to avoid the hassle. Other than that it was very smooth.

The employee who set us up was hard to understand. We were given a truck that had less than 1/4 tank of gas and were told we had to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas in order to avoid fees.

I put extra gas in the truck. Dropped the truck off an hour early. I went over the original mileage by 12 miles. I asked the gentleman if he would work with on the miles since I did all the above and he said no I can't do that. No wiggle room at all in price but went above and beyond what was expected as a renter. Not a place I want to do business with.

I was told there were no moving blankets available when I arrived due to COVID. Since I was told this at the time of my reservation and I'd gotten blankets for a recent move, this was a problem that required me to improvise how I loaded the trailer to avoid damage.

Not only did this location not have the pads I had preordered the truck also leaked and ruined multiple things that were moved. I plan to reach out for this to be rectified.

The parking lot needs lights since the after hours return is a fairly long process. It is completely dark. This problem should be corrected asap for the safety of all customers. Wait times are too long when a customer needs to call Uhaul's main line.

Make sure the additional equipment paid for is what is made available for the renter. I paid $10 for an appliance Dolly but when I picked up the truck I only found a utility Dolly which is $7. I was not refunded my $3.

Excellent service. The attendent Cory was out to help me before I even parked the truck. He was excellent to work with. I returned some extra boxes and paper. Cory took care of the return for me. No issues. I would strongly recommend using this dealer.

I reserved a utility dolly and a furniture dolly with my truck. When I got there to get my truck, I found both dollies locked up with no one to unlock them. I then called uHaul and was told to go pick up dollies from another location 28 miles away “to reduce my inconvenience.” I couldn't do that, so instead I had to wait an entire day before I could move. When I went to pick up my dollies first thing the next morning and mentioned that I had needed them the night before, the uHaul employee told me “Well, how was I supposed to know you would need them? Nothing I can do about that!” Not being able to use the dollies I had reserved delayed my move by an entire day, which caused an entire snowball of events that I really didn't need on top of moving. Unfortunately, I've never had a worse experience with uHaul than this one.

Upon arrival the young man was polite and professional. He offered to assist with checking me in and showed me how to work the app. The process was seamless and he was extremely helpful.

The online check in was a bad experience. It takes a very long time and there is nothing telling you that the employee on site can do the same thing faster but cannot help you once the online check in has started.

This review had nothing to do with this particular location. We had a horrible experience with UHAUL overall. When we showed up to get our truck in Sandy Springs, they said they did not have it and we had to go to Chamblee. When we arrived in Chamblee, they did not have a truck either. We finally got one in Alpharetta. We spent 90 extra minutes driving around metro Atlanta to get a truck. We missed my daughter's check in window at college and were majorly inconvenienced. It was a terrible experience with UHAUL. Will try to never use UHAUL again. I will be sure to tell my friends the same.
