Outstanding Service - 5 Stars On August 14, 2026, I hired the additional moving help service through U-Haul and was assisted by the team from 2 Brothers, including Michael Rhodes. It was one of the best decisions I made during my move. When I arrived, the team was already there and ready to help. The area was extremely congested because it was surrounded by busy stores and restaurants, but they immediately helped me find a place to park and made the entire process much easier from the start. Throughout the move, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness. Every time I tried to carry something myself, they would come over, take it from my hands, and reassure me not to worry because they had everything under control. Their willingness to help and their positive attitude made a stressful day feel easy and manageable. They even faced an unexpected situation when they became temporarily stuck in the elevator. Despite that inconvenience, they remained calm, professional, and positive. Once they were able to continue, they got right back to work with smiles and the same excellent attitude. What impressed me the most was the sense of trust and peace of mind they gave me. I felt completely comfortable leaving my belongings in their hands. They were so attentive, respectful, and caring that it honestly felt like family members were helping me move. At the end of the job, they thanked me for hiring them, but I am the one who should be thanking them. Their dedication, patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend 2 Brothers, Michael Rhodes, and the entire team to anyone looking for moving help. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth, positive, and enjoyable one. Five stars are not enough. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Brittany BRobert Eaves was amazing. Very professional and friendly. He stayed late to help us load a motorcycle into a small trailer. Without his help we would have been stuck. Very helpful and friendly! Amazing job! He made a very difficult situation very manageable. Thank you Robert!!!
CESAR RHave an after hour emergency tool. After a long day of moving myself and daughter I accidentally locked my keys and wallet in the truck. I can’t imagine I’m the only one who has done This. My window on my car was down. I had no way to get into my house. I had no wallet to pay for transportation. I was told someone would be there at 8:00’ am. I was left stranded.
Angela Whad a rough idle. I mentioned it, it may need a tune..
