Kenneth H.When someone xome to rent a vehicle, there are no excuses why it should be dirty. I was informed that the trucks are sent out ro other locations to be cleaned but this was not done! This location does not even have a vaccuum for the trucks. They also said they are only required to lean the windows. This truck was filthy! Dog and cat hair all over the seats and it smelled like a zoo. I had to take it to the car wash and vaccuum out the truck. Then I had to go home and wash out the back of the truck. My entire rental should have been compensated. One guy tried to use a leaf blower to help but that did not work in the least. It wasn't their fault but whoever runs this location on paradise blvd should not just collect the money but clean them out because people are dirty and can care less of how they leave things. I HAD TO TRANFER FOOD PRODUCT. The way I brought the truck back is how I should have picked it up. CLEAN!
