Julius O. | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit that I was offered was off track so I wasn't able to put my lock pad the guy showed no interest in helping me or taking care of the matter he just explained to me that it's never going to be fixed he doesn't see corporate doing a thing about it it was just a poor experience I had to lose out on more money driving to another storage unit because he wouldn't assist me to take care of the matter
MARLON T. | Overall ExperienceOther than the few small chunks of ceiling that fell down onto my things in storage, this place was great. It didn't cause any damage, but just got black crumbs all over my sofa… The people who work here were very nice, kind, and professional. Pricing for a medium unit was fair and they offered exceptional insurance for my belongings. The truck rental was very cheap for the size I got. It was very quick to get everything I needed and easy to return truck and close storage unit once finished. I really appreciated the professionalism of this place and would absolutely go to them again if I need in the future.
Karissa B. | Overall ExperienceGreat place and inexpensive. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you guys definitely need to replace the walk-up step-ladder. It is wobbly and not sturdy and very unsafe for those who have to use it to carry their belongings up and down from the top storage units. Other than that, the service was good!
