Let them know that if they are using cash then it is $100 down. Like how hey let you know that if you use card it will hold $100.

However every time I was there the air seemed to be damp and musty and I had issues with allergies when I was there. As of late it appears several people were living or using storage units as places to get ready change or live. I saw several people changing in their unit over the past few months. The reason I no longer use the unit is because of the constant rate increases. I lam renting another unit from a competitor (12 x 25) for $165 a month. Again I really enjoyed the staff but felt I had no option but to leave. Thak you for the past few years and I wish everyone well

Plus, you also have a unit or members that unit should get some type of discount every time they do rentals. Just a suggestion.

JOHN CThe review you're asking me to give is about the location that I rented from this isn't the normal location where I rented from and the problem I have is with customer service I booked my rental at the Warren location on Main Street my reservation was for 6:30 I received the phone call at approximately 5:20 from that location that was telling me that my reservation was ignored by customer service and the truck that was out at the time that I was to be running was extended by customer service not the U-Haul location she did a good job at finding me another location that had the equipment that fit my needs put the location extended me 15 miles south which added more time to my travel and for pickup and return which caused me to have more mileage on the rental than what I should have had customer service cost me more money for my rental this is the fourth time that I've rented equipment like this from U-Haul from Main Street in Warren and not had an issue I'm satisfied with the service that I get from U-Haul on Main Street in Warren the one on Mahoning Avenue is a good location and I've rented from there before the windows in the truck were dirty all of the tires were below the Standard air pressure so the TPMS light was on and one tire didn't even have a sensor in it which caused me to use more fuel and time out of my trip to stop at a truck stop and pay $6 to go ahead and fill the air in the tires the tow dolly that I used had a light out so they replaced it with another tow dolly the same light was out on it the staff determined that the truck was the issue and not the tow dolly but since their mechanic was already gone and they were passed closing hours there wasn't nothing they could do to help me yet again this issue that I have goes back to customer service letting my rental be extended from the other store I was supposed to leave for my trip at 6:30 I was not on the road to almost a quarter to 8:00 and then an extra 20 minutes to stop on my way to put air in the tires in the truck my trip to Cincinnati from where I live I did not get home until a quarter after 7:00 the following morning customer service at U-Haul cost me more time and more money on my rental than what I should have had I've spent almost $2,000 in rental so far this year with U-Haul another bad customer experience like this will probably turn me in another Direction I thank you for your time and a way for me to communicate with you I hope this gets recognized
TIMOTHY HI was in last minute emergency to pick up motorcycle trailer, paperwork was done and hooked up to trailer in less than 20 minutes . Highly recommend .
TOD MHad to return first rental truck, because I felt unsafe in it. But, was given a second one which was great! Very good Customer Service. Would like to recommend lighting inside storage, dark and can't see well when placing items in storage. Only lights in hallways

She incessantly ranting about "eating it" on a previous unit which was auctioned. She as well, berated me as a customer when renting about my narcissist ex whom she personally felt for, sided with and proceeded to involve herself personally twords although he never showed himself to her in saying her piece of mind where it was not concerned. Horrible place, uneducated staff, dirty with bugs, overpriced and absolutely use useless to use as storage in historical building among the other location across the street they've purchased. Try extraspace in Boardman.. awesome spot

It didn't cause any damage, but just got black crumbs all over my sofa… The people who work here were very nice, kind, and professional. Pricing for a medium unit was fair and they offered exceptional insurance for my belongings. The truck rental was very cheap for the size I got. It was very quick to get everything I needed and easy to return truck and close storage unit once finished. I really appreciated the professionalism of this place and would absolutely go to them again if I need in the future.

It is wobbly and not sturdy and very unsafe for those who have to use it to carry their belongings up and down from the top storage units. Other than that, the service was good!
