Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNo, I wouldn’t recommend it because they never told us we had to be out before midnight the 5 to the 6 of every month and we went over and they said no no refunds for the whole month he had to pay for the whole month so it cost us an extra month for no reason and the prices are outrageous

I liked that we could purchase/rent supplies like boxes, tape, blankets, etc on site. The only thing that would make it perfect for my situation would be if you had long-term RV storage.

Yes a code was sent to me, but when it said to click and download the app for the "next steps," there was nothing! The app is not user friendly. I walked in during working hours, lifted my bay, and set off the alarm! It would have been nice to have read an email or something before about what to do. Thank goodness there was a friendly voice on the other end of the help speaker who was able to guide me. Once I was in, everything was fine. It was a little stressful not knowing what I should do as this was my first time ever renting from UHaul.

Andrelita P | Experiencia generalCard reader to get inside the “back side” garage wasn't working. I called the phone number listed as the manager, went to voicemail and she still has never called me back. However I walked to the front into office and that’s when I found out the card reader is broken. So I had to go through the front sliding doors and walk a maze to the back side. It’s very inconvenient, handicap and elderly may have a difficult time. There should also be a sign on the broken card reader, there wasn’t.
