Bobby J | First ImpressionsThey don’t really admit to their wrong doings and theft, they should not be employed and expect financial resource with harassment, they don’t have too many people who will help you with the dolly carts or to move your property but they will destroy your unit with using your personal belongings which is completely unsanitary and unsafe. I’m overall disgusted by the mess of insurance , costs, disagreements as well as the lack of acknowledgment on the staffs part to the actual involvement and choice they made to get matters resolved. I’m glad to finally close my account and move forward instead of fighting with a bunch of strangers and risking my own life over materialistic items and my property. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the fact that you really don’t know anyone well enough to give them so many chances just for the staff to either “auction”, or destroy your stuff and mindset in the process.
