MILEDY C | Experiencia generalI feel the price is to high for monthly rate honestly but i was in a pinch n had to leave where is was in shirt notice just wish prices were more reasonable for people who are low income im barely making it as it is.
phyllis p | Mudanza en líneaVery friendly people the store manager Cindy helped us above and beyond I think so much for U-Haul
Darren F | Primeras impresionesExcelente
Pither N | Experiencia generalStaffed help out a lot very nice to have conversations with made me feel everything going to alright ! I needed that 🥳
HOWARD S | Experiencia generalNo
Anabelle R | Experiencia generalWhen i put my stuff there they new they had roaches but didn’t tell me so i can decided to go to a different storage place so because of that. That place had my stuff full of roaches when i didn’t have that problem until i used there units. They charge so many fees because of that i fell behind and lost all my stuff everything i own i lost. They know they have roaches there they should let people know before they pay for the unit so they can decide if they still want to use there units or not. It’s not fair that people like me didn’t no and then when i started seeing them in my stuff i said something to the employees and there exact words were ‘ya we been having that problem for months now’ smh. Horrible place and horrible employees. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
Natasha C | Experiencia generalThe unit i was given wasn't clean. Mouse dropping and paper shreds along sides of unit. Previous person who rented it license and social security card were on the floor. I mentioned this to clerk working the desk and he was like....."oh really....do you want a new unit"? I didnt have time to be switching units. But obviously the unit was cleabed before renting it out again.
ATHENA C | Primeras impresionesExcellent I will recommend people to go there 100%
Sonia R | Experiencia generalI was very upset that I had to drive 45 minutes to just take a picture for my move out when the staff could have just gone upstairs to check my unit was empty. The staff are okay, not very professional and at one time they had friends hanging out on boxes. They did not go out of the way to be of any real help. I would recommend uhaul but not at this location.
Kathryn B | Experiencia generalCyndy made this experience better than it could have been. I had 2 years experience here. Would use them every time!
Ted R | Experiencia generalLas dos joven boricua perdón no se el nombre son atenta amable y muy divertida DIOS LA BENDIGA
Arimis A | Experiencia generalNope
Alejandro O | Experiencia generalViki is super. Give that girl a raise . She deserves it
