I discussed the above requests with the U Haul staff in Shrewsbury street. What made an impression was that the staff in general were very indifferent to my requests, with the exception of an employee named Adrian. Adrian's approach was very human and his maximum predisposition for finding a solution. Adriani found a solution for me in the multitude of requests.
