Storage was great. The truck I rented yesterday smelled horrible.

I was unable to retrieve my belongings causing me to have to pay an extra $69.00 I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with your service and would not recommend to anyone.

Cliff L | First ImpressionsThe young man who helped wasn’t able to help me on his end. I was given a promotion through email. One of the options was to claim it in person however there was not an option for the person helping me to claim it. I had to call and have someone from UHaul help. Once it was taken care of the person at the store was helpful and finished helping me. However the confusion made it seem as if he was not willing to help. I think his hands were tied and he really didn’t know how to help. He just kept telling me that I was at the wrong place and that they didn’t have the promotion I was given. Even though I showed him that it said I could use any location as long as the location was participating. He did show me that he didn’t have a way to except my code. In the end it worked out. I think the email promotion should be clearer and the UHaul stores should have information about it.
